대학생의 성인애착이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 성인애착, 무조건적 자기수용 및 자기방어적 양가성이 대학생의 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 경로를 탐색하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 3개시에 소재하고 있는 대학 4곳에 재학 중인 대학생 368명으로, 불안정 성인애착 질문지, 무조건적 자기수용 질문지, 자기방어적 양가성 질문지 및 대인관계 유능성 질문지를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 애착회피와 대인관계 유능성의 관계에서 무조건적 자기수용이 부분매개하였다. 둘째, 애착불안과 대인관계 유능성의 관계에서는 무조건적 자기수용과 자기방어적 양가성이 완전매개하였다. 본 연구 결과는 애착회피와 애착불안이 무조건적 자기수용 및 자기방어적 양가성을 통해 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향에 차이가 있다는 것에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 대학생을 대상으로 대인관계 유능성을 고양시키기 위한 교육 및 상담 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과의 의의와 한계점 및 추후 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the path of effect of adult attachment, unconditional self-acceptance, and self-defensive ambivalence of university students on interpersonal relations competence. For this purpose, 368 university students located in 3 city were asked to complete surveys which used to the insecure adult attachment questionnaire, unconditional self-acceptance questionnaire, self-defensive ambivalence questionnaire and interpersonal relations competence questionnaire. The result were as follows: First, unconditional self-acceptance partially mediated the relationship between avoidant attachment and interpersonal relations competence. Second, unconditional self-acceptance and self-defensive ambivalence full mediated the relationship between anxious attachment and interpersonal relations competence. The findings of this study can be employed as basic steps for development of education and counseling program to improve interpersonal competence of university students on the grounds that there are differences of avoidant attachment and anxious attachment with unconditional self-acceptance and self-defensive ambivalence on interpersonal competence.
