국문 초록

본 연구에서는 자기분화가 결혼만족도에 미치는 영향에서 정서조절방략의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기도, 인천지역에 거주하는 기혼남녀 480명을 대상으로 자기분화 척도, 결혼만족도 척도, 정서조절방략 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 기술통계, t검증, 상관분석, 위계적 회기분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기분화와 정서조절방략, 결혼만족도는 정적인 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 자기분화와 결혼만족도의 관계에서 인지적 정서조절방략의 완전매개효과가 나타났고, 체험적 정서조절방략과 행동적 정서조절방략의 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 이 연구결과를 통하여 결혼만족도를 높이기 위한 상담적 개입에서 인지적 정서조절방략에 초점을 둔 상담전략의 수립이 우선되며, 긍정적인 정서조절방략에 대한 교육 및 훈련이 필요함을 시사할 수 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구에 대한 논의와 결론 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to verify the mediating effect of emotional regulation strategies in the influence of self-differentiation on marital satisfaction. For this purpose, we surveyed 480 married men and women living in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon areas using the self-differentiation scale, the marital satisfaction scale, and the emotion regulation strategies scale. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 program. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, it shows that there are positive correlations among self-differentiation, emotion regulation strategies and marital satisfaction. Secondly, it shows full mediating effect of cognitive emotion regulation strategies, and confirms partial mediating effect of experimental and behavioral emotion regulation strategies in relation of self-differentiation and marital satisfaction. Through this result, counselling focus on cognitive emotion regulation strategies has a priority when we do psychological counselling involvement for enhancing marital satisfaction, and we also need education and training solution for positive emotion regulation strategies. Finally, I proposed the discussion, conclusion and follow-up study of this study.
