국문 초록

본 연구는 대졸청년들의 취업의지와 구직행동의 관계에서 취업눈높이의 매개효과와 네트워크의 조절효과를 함께 보면서 매개된 조절효과를 살펴 분석하고자 하였다. 이에 한국고용정보원에서 실시 한 대졸자이동경로조사(GOMS) 자료를 활용하여 취업의지와 구직행동, 취업눈높이와 네트워크를 측정 하기 위한 문항을 살펴보았으며, SPSS 21.0, SPSS Macro 프로그램을 이용하여 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 취업눈높이를 통한 매개효과 모형은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 다음으로 취업의지와 구직행동은 직접경로와 매개변수인 취업눈높이를 통한 간접경로로 구직행동에 통계적으 로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째 취업눈높이를 통한 네트워크의 조절된 매개효 과 모형은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 세부적으로 독립변수인 취업의지와 매개변수인 취 업눈높이는 종속변수인 구직행동에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of young people’s will to find jobs on job-seeking behavior based on employment expectation as a medium through an empirical analysis. It intended to analyze the mediating adjustment effect of employment expectation and the control effect of network in the relation of the will to find jobs and job-seeking behavior. Targeting 18,080 university students(9,767 males, 8,312 females), questions to measure their will to find jobs, job-seeking behaviors, employment expectation and network were looked into as utilizing GOMS. The data was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and SPSS Macro. The results are as follows. First, the mediating effect model through employment expectation was statistically significant. Second, the will to find jobs had a direct influence on job-seeking behavior, but employment expectation played a mediator variable and had a indirect influence on job-seeking behavior. Third, the controled mediating effect model of network through employment expectation was statistically significant. In detail, the will to find jobs and employment expectation, which are an independent variable and a parameter each, had a statistically significant and positive influence on job-seeking behavior―a dependent variable.
