국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 불안애착과 회피애착이 이성관계만족도에 미치는 영향에서 정서조절곤란과 조망수용능력의 매개효과를 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재의 대학 1곳, 충청남도 소재의 대학 1곳, 총 2개의 4년제 대학교에 재학중인 대학생 500명을 대상으로 2020년 3월 15일부터 4월 1일까지 15일 동안 설문조사를 실시하였다(N=301). 수집된 자료의 분석을 위해 SPSS 25.0와 AMOS 25.0를 사용하였고, 구조모형을 설정하여 모형의 적합도 및 매개변인들의 영향력을 살펴보았다. 본 연구 결과 첫째, 불안애착이 이성관계만족도에 미치는 영향에서 정서조절곤란의 매개효과는 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 회피애착이 이성관계만족도에 미치는 영향에서 정서조절곤란의 매개효과는 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 불안애착이 이성관계만족도에 미치는 영향에서 조망수용능력의 매개효과가 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 회피애착이 이성관계만족도에 미치는 영향에서 조망수용능력의 매개효과는 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해, 대학생의 애착상태 및 수준에 따라 그들의 이성관계만족도를 증진시키는데 있어서, 정서적 기제인 정서조절곤란과 인지적 기제인 조망수용능력이 유의한 매개변인으로 작용함을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives: This study was performed in order to closely examine a mediating effect of emotional dysregulation and perspective taking ability on the influence of anxiety attachment and avoidance attachment in undergraduates upon romantic relationship satisfaction. Methods: For this, structural model building led to examination of model fit and influence in parameters. Results: First, the mediating effect of emotional dysregulation was found to partially mediate the influence of anxiety attachment upon romantic relationship satisfaction. Second, the mediating effect of emotional dysregulation appeared to mediate completely the influence of avoidance attachment upon romantic relationship satisfaction. Third, the mediating effect of perspective taking ability was shown to be insignificant in the influence of anxiety attachment upon romantic relationship satisfaction. Fourth, the mediating effect of perspective taking ability was seen to mediate completely the influence of avoidance attachment upon romantic relationship satisfaction. Conclusions: These findings are considered in support of the establishment of intervention direction in the emotional and cognitive aspects according to attachment level given development of counseling and other programs for increasing university students romantic relationship satisfaction.
