국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화청소년의 자아존중감이 성취동기 및 학업적응에 미치는 영향력을 검증하고, 이중문화수용태도 및 다문화수용성이 성취동기 및 학업적응에 미치는 직접적 영향과 자아존중감의 매개효과를 탐색하여 다문화청소년 지원을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 다문화청소년의 자아존중감이 성취동기 및 학교적응에 유의미한 영향력이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌고, 이중문화태도 및 다문화수용성은 다문화청소년의 성취동기와 학교적응에 유의미한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 이중문화수용태도 및 다문화수용성이 성취동기와 학업적응에 미치는 연구에서 자아존중감의 매개효과가 입증되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 다문화청소년지원을 위한 실천적·정책적 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

This study verifies the effects of self-esteem of multicultural adolescents on achievement motivation and academic adaptation, and finds the effects of bicultural acceptance attitude and multicultural acceptance on achievement motivation and academic adaptation. Exploring the mediating effect of self-esteem in the relationship between bicultural acceptance attitude, multicultural acceptance and achievement motivation, academic adaptation. Based on this, it was intended to provide basic data for multicultural youth support. As a result of the analysis, it was found that self-esteem of multicultural youth has a significant influence on achievement motivation and academic adaptation, and biculture attitude and multicultural acceptance have a significant influence on achievement motivation and academic adaptation of multicultural youth. In addition, the mediating effect of self-esteem was verified in the relationship between bicultural attitude, multicultural acceptance and motivation for achievement, academic adaptation. Based on the results of this study, practical and policy suggestions were made to support multicultural adolescents.
