국문 초록

본 연구는 한국과 우즈베키스탄 예비유아교사의 전공만족도와 행복감을 알아보고 이들의 차이와 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 우리나라 수도권 소재 A대학교와 우즈베키스탄 수도권 소재 B대학교의 유아교육과 학생 430명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 자료분석은 spss20.0로 기술통계, t 검증, 상관분석을 사용하였다. 주요 연구결과로 첫째, 우즈베키스탄의 예비유아교사가 한국의 예비유아교사보다 전공만족도와 행복감 수준이 유의하게 높았다. 둘째, 한국과 우즈베키스탄 예비유아교사의 전공만족도와 행복감은 정적인 상관이 나타났다. 본 연구는 두 나라 예비유아교사의 전공만족도와 행복감 관련 연구의 기초자료를 마련했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the major satisfaction and happiness of early childhood pre-service teachers in South Korea and Uzbekistan, and to find out the differences and relations between them. The subjects were 430 early childhood pre-service teachers from the Department of Early Childhood Education in South Korea and Uzbekistan. The data were analyzed with SPSS 20.0 for descriptive statistics, t verification, and correlation analysis. The results were as follows. First, early childhood pre-service teachers in Uzbekistan had significantly higher levels of major satisfaction and happiness than Korean pre-service teachers. Second, there are positive correlations between major satisfaction and happiness in Korean and Uzbekistan early childhood pre-service teachers. The results of this study may provide a basic data to develop an efficient intervention program to improve the major satisfaction and happiness of early childhood pre-service teachers in South Korea and Uzbekistan.
