인문지향 및 실용지향 비교과 프로그램의 참여지속의향에 영향을 미치는 요인

국문 초록

이 연구는 대학생의 개인적 요인과 환경적 요인뿐 아니라 교육적 요인을 포함하여 인문지향과 실용지향 비교과 프로그램의 참여지속의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 수행되었다. 연구결과는 두 가지다. 첫째, 인문지향 비교과 프로그램의 참여지속의향에 영향을 미치는 요인은 경제적 어려움, 비교과 프로그램 만족도와 중요도 인식이었다. 경제적으로 어려울수록 참여지속의향이 낮았고, 교육적 요인인 비교과 프로그램 만족도가 높을수록 그리고 비교과 프로그램이 중요하다고 생각할수록 참여지속의향이 높았다. 둘째, 실용지향 비교과 프로그램의 참여지속의향에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성별, 경제적 어려움, 비교과 프로그램 만족도와 중요도 인식이었다. 여학생이 남학생보다 참여지속의향이 높았다. 경제적 어려움과 비교과 프로그램 만족도, 중요도 인식은 인문지향 비교과 프로그램과 동일하게 나타났다. 그리고 인문지향 및 실용지향 비교과 프로그램 참여지속의향 모두 교육적 요인이 추가(모형2)되었을 때, 개인적 요인과 환경적 요인(모형1)의 영향력이 감소되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 하여, 실용지향과 인문지향 비교과 프로그램 모두 학생들의 참여를 지속시키기 위해서는 비교과 프로그램에 참여한 학생들의 만족도를 높이는 데 노력할 필요가 있으며, 비교과 프로그램의 중요성을 알리는 데 홍보활동에 주력해야 함을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The aim of the study was to discover the impact of educational factors with individual and environmental factors on students’ intension to participate in two types extra-curricular programs of humanities-oriented and practical oriented. The results were as follows. First, economic difficulty, satisfaction level and degree of importantly think about its was influential factors on students’ intension to participate. Student have that the more difficult the economy were lower behavioral intension to participate, but that the more satisfaction level and more degree of importantly think about extra-curricular programs were high intension to participate. Second, gender, economic difficulty, satisfaction level and degree of importantly think about its was influential factors on students’ intension to participate. Female has highly intension to participate than male. Economic difficulty, satisfaction level and degree of importantly think have the same characteristics as humanities-oriented. And both humanities-oriented and practical oriented extra-curricular programs, when we analyzed the influencing factors with educational factors(model 2), influence of influencing of individual and environmental factors has been conspicuously reduced. Based on these findings, this study proposed that both two types extra-curricular programs should try to improve students’ satisfaction and degree of importantly think.
