영문 초록

Electronic CAD is raised as a new field which can design the micro-electronic circuit using computer and simulate the effectiveness of the given circuits. And Electronic CAD used to supply a tool for producing the PCB(Printed Circuit Board). It can be replied flexibly when some changing demanded. Therefore the training of the technicians for electronic CAD is very important and the technical qualifying tests for them are also. This report has proposed a guideline for the above problems. We had bin conducted through survey of related literatures and reports, making up the questions and meeting with experts in this fields. In this paper, we propose new concepts about the technical qualifying tests and the, vocational training systems of electronic CAD.
