국문 초록

이 연구는 나의 르완다 체육교육 공적개발원조 경험을 셀프 내러티브 탐구를 통해 이야기함으로써 개발도상국을 위한 체육교육 공적개발원조 사업의 가치와 필요성을 알리고, 발전방안을 탐색하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 관련 논문, 공식․비공식 회의문서, 연구자노트, 사진과 동영상 등의 자료를 수집하고, 반복적 비교분석, 내러티브 탐구 분석, SWOT 분석을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인적 반성 측면에서 르완다 체육교육 공적개발원조 경험은 만남기: Amakuru Rwanda(반가워요 르완다), 적응기: Ntakibazo!(문제없어!), 실행기: Tugatembera?(같이 걸을까?), 이별기: Mpano(선물)로 구분되며, 각 시기별로 도전정신, 배려정신, 공동체정신, 봉사 정신이 위기극복의 원동력으로 나타났다. 둘째, 협력적 반성 측면에서 체육교육 공적개발원조는 그 가치에 비해 내․외 부적으로 관심과 지원을 받지 못하고 있으며, 이를 개선하기 위해서는 체육교육 외연의 확장, 유관 기관들의 유기적 협 력체제 구축, 태권도 프로그램의 체육교육 가치 부여, 체육교육 전문가 인적자원 활용 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to inform the value and necessity of the physical education ODA project for developing countries by exploring my Rwanda physical education ODA experience through self-study through narrative inquiry and to explore development plans. For this study, related papers, official and informal conference data, researcher notes, and photo and video data were collected. Data were analyzed using repetitive comparative analysis, narrative inquiry analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, in terms of personal reflection, Rwanda physical education ODA experiences are divided into Amakuru, Rwanda (How are you, Rwanda), Adaptation: Ntakibazo! (No problem!), Launcher: Tugatembera? (Shall we walk?). Challenge spirit, consideration spirit, community spirit, and service spirit were identified as the driving forces of the crisis. Second, in terms of collaborative reflection, the physical education ODA does not receive interest and support internally or externally compared to its value, and in order to improve this, it was found that it is necessary to expand the scope of physical education, to establish an organic cooperative system of related organizations, to give the value of physical education in the Taekwondo program, and to utilize the human resources of physical education experts.
