청소년의 진로대리학습을 위한 역사적 인물조사 및 진로대리학습모형

국문 초록

이 연구는 청소년의 진로정보 및 진로대리학습 요구도 조사, 진로대리학습 분야 분류, 시대별 진로대리학습 인물 발굴, 초·중·고등학생을 위한 진로대리학습모형을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 방법은 삼국시대부터 현대에 이르기까지 우리나라의 진로대리학습이 가능한 역사적 인물에 대한 정사에서 나타난 인물을 분석하여 9개의 범주에 의하여 10인씩을 선정하였다. 또한 청소년 1,192명과 교사 316명에게 진로대리학습 인물에 대한 요구도 조사를 실시하였다. 역사적 인물 분석과 조사결과에 의하여 다음과 같은 결론을 제시한다. 1. 청소년의 진로대리학습에서『인생 스승 따라하기』의 동일시할 인물은 역사적 인물이 적합하다. 2. 삼국시대부터 현대에 이르기까지 역사적 인물들의 직업적 범주는 9가지로 분류된다. 3. 교사가 바라본 학생들의 진로활동에 대한 평가는 학생들의 반응과 일부 불일치를 보인다. 4. 학생들에게 가장 영향을 주는 인물들은 주변인물이다. 5. 진로대리학습을 위한 방법은 인터넷에 의존하나 불만족이 만족보다 더 높다. 6. 청소년들이 자신을 남에게 나타내는 가장 자신있는 영역은 한국인이 갖는 특성적 능력이며, 자신이 없는 영역은 예술적 감각과 학업능력을 지적하였다. 7. 자신을 나타내는 가장 자신있는 영역에 대하여 성별로는 ``끈기``, ``민첩함``, ``예술적 감각`` 등에서 차이를 보였고, 학교급별은 ``민첩함``, ``성실함``, ``신용신뢰성`` 등에서 차이를 보였다. 8. 인생의 목표를 세우는데 도움이 되는 인물에 대한 소개가 활발하지 못하며, 주로 현대 인물에 의존하고 있다. 9. 교사들의 진로지도시 직업정보 및 자료에 대한 부족을 제시하였다. 10.『내 인생스승 따라 하기』에 대하여 학생과 교사 모두 동일하게 가장 중요한 우선적인 범주를 ``도전정신``, ``직업관과 직업윤리`` 등으로 지적하였다. 11. 진로대리학습 모형의 역사적 인물에 대하여 교사가 학생들에게 가장 큰 영향을 미친다.

영문 초록

Groups that affect adolescents are parents, teacher, the same age mass and adolescents have high tendency to decide their courses of life based on accidently gathered job information from the groups. Adolescent is the period that boys and girls are physically matured but mentally pubescent, thus they are psychologically unstable and their self-concept is uncertain. Thus vicarious learning modeling is in need in order to let adolescents feel psychological sense of unity by identifying themselves with someone ideal or attractive in regard to the course of life . Hence, this study analyzed historical figures which can be used in the vicarious learning from the period of the Three Kingdoms to the present age in Korean history. We have selected 10 persons for each 9 categories. In addition, we have done the research of the demand of the vicarious learning figures, with samples of 1,192 adolescents and 316 teachers. This study suggests that the most influential persons for adolescents are those who are around them, and the evaluation of students` course activity by teachers is in partial discord with that of students`. In school, the introduction of figures who can be referred to is not active, and it is mainly about modern figures. Meanwhile, teachers consist the most influential group which provides students with historical figures whom can be applied to the vicarious learning modeling. Teachers, however, suggested that there is lack of vocational information and data in course of life guidance. Adolescents depend on the Internet when they do the vicarious learning, but the number of those who are not satisfied is more than that of satisfied. Students pointed out that cultural qualities characteristic of Korea is the most confident category in representing themselves to others, and artistic sense and learning ability are the lest confident. Historical figures are appropriate for adolescents` vicarious learning modeling, that is, following my mentor of life. In this study, we categorized historic figures into 9 occupational classes. Both students and teachers pointed out ``will of challenge,`` ``vocational view and ethics`` as the most important categories in following my mentor of life. The result of the study suggests that 1) career counseling program based on vicarious learning modeling should be developed, 2) course reclamation will and method, and attitude in career life should be regarded as priority in the vicarious learning modeling, and 3) The vicarious learning modeling should be included in the courses of study in teacher training.
