국내 대학생 대상 진로교과목 개발 연구에 나타난 교과내용 분석-NCDG(국가 진로 개발 가이드라인)를 기준으로-

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학 진로교과목의 내실화가 필요하다는 문제의식에서 출발하였으며 이를 위해 진로교과목의 교과내용을 분석함으로써 현재 대학에서 제공되는 진로교과목이 어떠한 내용으로 구성되어 있는지를 파악하고, 향후 개선점을 도출하기 위한 목적에서 진행되었다. 분석대상인 진로교과목 교과내용은 2000년부터 2016년까지의 대학 진로교과목 개발 국내연구 중, 15주차 교과내용을 제시한 12편의 연구(학술지논문 8편, 학위논문 4편)를 통해 수집하였다. 분석은 NCDG(National Career Development Guidelines)개정판(2007)의 3개 영역 11개 목표를 기준으로 이루어졌다. 영역에 대한 분석 결과 첫째, ‘평생학습에 지속적으로 참여’하는 역량을 다루는 구성요소를 확인하기 어려웠는데(2.0%), 평생학습역량에 관한 내용을 다루는 것에 무엇보다 시급한 관심을 가져야 하겠다. 둘째, 전체 교과내용 구성요소 중 ‘자신에 대한 이해’가 가장 많이 다루어지고 있었는데(31.7%), 심리검사 위주의 방법을 벗어나도록 개선 할 필요가 있다. 영역 내 목표에 대한 분석 결과 첫째, 개인적 개발(91.0%)과 사회적 개발(9.0%)의 비중 차이가 매우 큰 것으로 나타났는데, 긍정적 대인관계나 사회에서의 역할균형에 대한 내용을 간과하지 않아야 할 것이다. 둘째, 학년과 무관하게 구직기술 중심(36.3%)으로 진로관리 내용을 많이 다루었는데, 당장의 취업 위주 진로교육을 지양하고 학년간 구분 또는 학년별 체계화된 진로교과목을 실시하여야 할 것이다. 끝으로 이러한 결과에 대한 논의, 연구 제한점, 추후 연구방향에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This article began by critical perspective of need for substantiality. The purpose of this study is to understand university career courses contents and to draw a improvement of the curriculum by analyzing the components of career subject contents. We collected career subject contents components of 8 articles and 4 thesis 2000～2016, Then we set 11 goals of the 3 areas of the National Career Development Guidelines(2007) as the analysis category. It is results of the analysis of the domain. First, it was difficult to identify components that address competency to ‘continue to participate in lifelong learning’ therefore it is of utmost urgency to deal with the content of lifelong learning capabilities. Second, Understanding of oneself was most often handled of the entire curriculum content components, especially there is a need to improve the method to focus on psychological testing. Next, it is results of the analysis of goals in the domain. Frist, the difference between personal development(91.0%) and social development(9.0%) is very large therefore positive interpersonal relationships and role balances in society should not be overlooked. Second, regardless of grade, it focused on career management mainly on job seeking skills. It is necessary to avoid immediate employment training and to enforce systematic operation by grade. Based on these results, we suggest the discussion, limitations of study and future direction of research.
