국문 초록

본 연구는 2015년 NCS 기반 고교 직업교육 교과 교육과정으로 수정ㆍ고시되고 이후 교과서를 집필할 때 사용하는 용어에 대한 규정을 담은 편수자료가 개발됨에 따라 그 전반적인 과정을 기술하여 교육과정, 교과서, 학술 서적 상호간 역동적인 활용을 제고할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서는 『2015 편수자료 Ⅳ -응용과학(NCS 기반 교육과정)편-』의 개발 과정과 현장에서의 편수자료 사용에 따른 용어 수정 요청에 따른 수정ㆍ보완 과정을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 총 5단계(개발-검토-심의-윤문-확정 및 탑재)를 거쳐서 확정된 편수자료 용어가 교과서 심의과정에서 발생하는 수정 요청 상황에서의 의견 수렴 절차 과정을 있는 그대로 기술하였는데, 향후 편수자료 개발에서의 도움이 되는 자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 그리고 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 편수자료에 수록된 기존 용어와 2015개정 교육과정에 따라 편수자료에 새롭게 수정ㆍ보완된 용어 간 비교를 4가지 범주(수정, 유지, 추가, 삭제)를 기준으로 양적으로 변화된 추이를 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 ‘수정, 추가, 삭제’의 경우에는 구체적인 용어 예시를 살펴봄으로써 이러한 현상이 나타난 이유를 탐색함으로써 연구자들이 내린 의사결정과정을 간접적으로 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 끝으로 관련 정부 부처, 관련 학계 전문가, 학교 관계자 간에 편수자료의 중요성과 필요성을 공유하고 교사, 학생이 관련 분야에 대한 올바른 지식 체계를 확립하기 위하여 관련 분야 전문가를 중심으로 지속적ㆍ항시적으로 관련 용어를 수정ㆍ보완하는 방안을 정책적으로 마련하는 것이 필요함을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

As the Ministry of Education reorganized the NCS-based vocational education curriculum for high school to establish the job-centered vocational education system required by industrial sites, it is necessary to develop editing material containing the definition of terms used for writing textbooks. First, this study suggested the modification process in accordance with requests for the modification of terms by using editing material in school site and development process of 『2015 Editing Material Ⅳ -Applied Science(NCS-Based Curriculum)-』. It fully described the process of collecting opinions with the request for modification in case when the terms of editing material that have been confirmed through total five stages(development-review-deliberationembellishment- confirmation) were used in site like deliberation of textbooks, which is to provide data helpful to the development of editing material in the future. It also examined the quantitative changes between the existing terms of editing material based on the 2009 revised curriculum and newly modified/complemented terms of editing material based on the 2015 revised curriculum in the standard of four categories(modification, maintenance, addition, deletion). Through the results of this study, it would be necessary to share the importance and necessity of editing material between relevant government ministries, relevant academic experts, and school persons, and also to establish measures to raise the utilization of editing material for the correct teaching/learning of relevant subject in school site.
