국문 초록

본 연구에서는 직업능력개발훈련교사의 질제고와 훈련교사 교직훈련과정의 효과적인 개편을 위해 훈련교사에게 요구되는 역량 및 행동지표를 탐색하고 도출된 역량별 행동지표에 대한 교육요구를 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 도출된 30개의 역량을 기반으로 훈련교사 및 전문가, 교직훈련과정 담당 강사 대상 기초설문조사를 실시하여 필요 역량을 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 도출된 19개의 역량에 대해 교직훈련과정 수료자 1,766명을 대상으로 교직훈련과정에서 다루어져야 할 역량별 행동지표에 대한 요구조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 회수된 359부의 설문지를 활용하여 t-검정, Borich 요구도, The Locus For Focus 모델을 사용하여 요구분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 훈련교사의 역량별 행동지표에 대한 중요도 및 현재수준의 차이는 19개 역량, 99개 행동지표에서 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수업의 계획 및 실행능력, 직업능력개발훈련교사로서의 사명감, 취업촉진 능력, 자신의 성장을 위한 교수역량개발 능력, 교재개발 및 제작능력, 훈련생 직무역량 강화, 훈련장비 관리능력, 훈련요구 분석 능력, 실무교육 훈련능력, 수료생 수료관리 능력, 동기부여능력, 상담 및 코칭능력과 같이 12개 역량에 걸쳐 최우선 순위 6개, 차우선순위 20개의 행동지표가 도출되었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 시사점 및 향후 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify competencies and behavioral indicators required for training teachers to effectively improve the quality of vocational teacher training course and to identify training needs for vocational training teachers(hereafter refers training teacher). For this purpose, this study asked training teachers, experts, and instructors to fill in a basic questionnaire that consists of 30 relevant competencies derived from the previous study(Cho et al., 2014) and examined the necessity for each competency. As a result, A total of 19 competencies were identified. Also, 1,766 persons who completed the training course were asked to participate in a survey on what competencies and their behavioral indicators should be covered in the training course. Through the process, a total of 359 samples were utilized to perform the needs analysis using t-test, Borich, and The Locus For Focus model. The results of the analysis were as follows: first, the difference in the importance and current level of behavioral indicators of competencies was found to be statistically significant in all of 99 behavior indicators from 19 competencies. Second, there were six of behavioral indicators as a top priority and twenty of them as a secondary priority from 12 competencies including promoting employment, developing and producing teaching materials, strengthening the job relevant competencies of trainees, conducting practical training, and managing graduate students. Based on the results, implications and suggestions for future research were discussed.
