영웅신화의 원형과 모래상자치료와의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 영웅신화와 모래상자치료와의 관계를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 스튜어트 보이틸라는 영웅 원형의 7가지를 구분하였으며 헤파이스토스는 원형을 분석하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 영웅원형에 근거하여 모래상자치료과정에서 나타난 원형을 7가지로 분석하였다. 영웅신화에서 나타난 7가지 원형의 역할을 살펴보면 영웅 원형: 16개, 그림자 원형: 10개, 트릭스터 원형: 10개, 조력자 원형: 9개, 관문수호자 원형: 7개, 전령 원형: 3개, 변신자재자 원형: 2개 순이다. 모래상자치료과정에서 주제별로 살펴볼 때 전쟁, 사파리, 쥐라기 시대, 동물들의 파티(25회기)등으로 혼란과 두려움의 모습, 보석을 차지하기 위한 전쟁(26회기), 똥의 등장(28회기), 개구리 마을(47회기), 마을건설(51회기), 황금 신(53회기)등장으로 새로운 세계에 대한 기대와 적응이 나타났다. 모래상자치료에서의 영웅 등장은 자아발달과 사회성발달을 통해 대인관계가 증진됨을 알 수 있다. 즉, 본 연구는 영웅신화에 다양한 상징과 원형적 요소는 내담자의 모래상자 경험과 의미를 깊이 있게 공감할 수 있으며 내담자의 내적 세계와 삶의 변화에도 매우 유익할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between heroic myth and sandtray therapy. Stewart Voytil distinguished seven types of heroic prototypes, and Hephaestus analyzed the prototypes. In this study, 7 types of prototypes were analyzed in sandtray therapy based on heroic prototype. Heroic archetype: 16, Shadow archetype: 10, Trickster archetype: 10, Helper archetype: 9, Guardian Prototype: 7, archetype: 3, Transformation archetype: two in order. In the course of the sandtray therapy, the theme of confusion and fear, war (26th session), appearance of shit (28th session), war for occupation of jewels, war, safari, Jurassic period, The emergence of frog village (47th session), village construction (51th session), and golden god (53th session) showed new expectations and adaptation to the world. The emergence of heroes in sandtray therapy shows that interpersonal relationships are improved through self–development and social development. In other words, this study shows that various symbols and prototypes in heroic myth can deeply sympathize with the experience and meaning of the client ssandtray, and will be very beneficial to the client s inner world and life change.
