국문 초록

본 연구는 음악 치료가 노인의 우울, 대인관계, 자아통합감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위 한 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구 대상자는 S시에 소재한 ○○노인복지관을 이용하는 70세 이상 노인 20명이며, 실험집단과 통제집단으로 각각 10명씩 무선 배치하였다. 실험집단에게 는 2019년 1월 10일부터 50분씩 주 2회씩 총 12회에 걸쳐 음악치료를 시행하였다. 본 연구에서 음악치료 활동은 음악 감상하고 이완〮명상하기, 노래 부르기, 가사 분석하 기, 타악기 연주, 음악 듣고 심상 그리기, 음악 듣고 동작하기 등이었다. 연구 분석 자료는 전후 검사 통제집단 설계 방식으로 평균과 표준 편차를 구하고 SPSS 20.0 통계 프로그램 을 이용하여 wilcoxon의 부호 순위 검정을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 내 릴 수 있었다. 첫째, 음악 치료가 노인의 우울에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 음악 치료가 노인의 대인관계에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 음악 치료가 노 인의 자아통합감 하위 요인 6개 중 지혜로운 삶, 생에 대한 태도, 현재 생활에 대한 만족, 노령에 대한 수용 요인은 유의미하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 음악 치료는 노인의 우울, 대인 관계, 자아통합감에 효과가 있었음을 보여준다.

영문 초록

This study is to investigate an effect of music therapy on the elderly s depression, interpersonal relationship ,and ego-integrity. Accordingly, the subjects of this study are 20 senior citizens who are 70 years old or older living in old- aged welfare facilities in S city. Among them, 10 senior citizens were randomly assigned to an experimental group and 10 senior citizens were randomly assigned to a control group. From January 10, 2019, the center performed the music therapy every 50 minutes twice a week totally 12 times to the experimental music program. The music program consisted of relaxation·response-meditation after listening to music, singing a song, lyric analysis, playing the percussion instrument, image drawing after listening to music, expressing a movement after listening to music and so on. Broadly speaking, the findings after the research are based on preand post-test of the control group, which are designed to measure mean and standard deviation and are based on SPSS Statistics 20.0 program to implement Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The summary of the researcher s results is as follows: First, the music therapy program affects the depression of the elderly. Second, the music therapy program affects the interpersonal relationship of the elderly. Thirdly, it is noted that the music therapy program affects the subfactors of the ego integrity of the elderly that consist of wise life, attitude toward life, current life satisfaction, and acceptance of aging among the 6 subfactors of the ego integrity of the elderly. Therefore, it is concluded that the use of a music therapy program of this research positively affects a promotion of the decrease in depression, increase of interpersonal relationship, and ego-integrity of the elderly.
