국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 은퇴를 앞둔 중년 남성들을 대상으로 가족기능성, 자기효능감이 은퇴불안에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 S기업과 일반 중소기업에 근무하는 중년 남성을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 334부를 최종 분석 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 직업 만족도, 경제적 형편, 학력, 건강상태에 따라 중년 남성의 은퇴불안 정도에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중년 남성의 가족기능성 전체와 자기효능감 전체 간에는 유의미한 정적상관이 나타났다. 반면, 가족기능성 전체와 은퇴불안 전체는 부적 상관이 나타났고, 자기효능감도 은퇴불안과 부적상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 가족기능성 전체는 중년 남성의 은퇴불안에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자기효능감 전체와 하위 영역인 일반적 자기효능감, 사회적 자기효능감이 은퇴불안에 대해서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 가족기능성과 자기효능감을 예측변인으로 은퇴불안을 준거변인으로 두고 그 영향을 살펴본 결과, 자기효능감만이 은퇴불안에 대해 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 후속연구에 대한 제언과 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of family function and self-efficiency on the retirement anxiety of middle-aged men. Participants included 334 middle-aged men who were working in S enterprise and other general small businesses. Results of this study are as follows; First, research showed significant differences in retirement anxiety of middle-aged men according to job satisfaction, economic conditions, education, and health. Second, significant correlations were revealed between family function and self-efficacy among middle-aged men. Alternatively, negative correlations were found between entire family function and entire retirement anxiety as well as between self-efficacy and retirement anxiety. Third, family function had significant effects on the retirement anxiety of middle-aged men. Fourth, entire self-efficacy, general self-efficacy and social self-efficacy had statistically significant effects on retirement anxiety. Fifth, by putting family function and self-efficacy as predictors and retirement anxiety as a compliance factor, self- efficacy exclusively had a statistically significant influence. Based on these results, implications and suggestions for follow-up studies are discussed.
