『동의보감』의 양생으로 본 ‘몸’에 관한 연구

국문 초록

연극치료 작업에서 몸에 대한 관점은 치료 작업의 전반적인 방향과 연관되므로 몸을 다른 관점으로 본다는 것은 치료 작업의 새로운 방향을 제시하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 몸의 개념을 살펴보고 『동의보감』의 양생(養生)을 우주관, 인간관, 신체관으로 분석했다. 그 과정에서, 연극치료에서 자주 사용되는 체현, 투사, 역할을 우주관, 인간관, 신체관의 순환적 구조 속에 배치함으로써 연극치료의 몸 개념의 해석적 지평을 확장하고자합니다. 몸의 관점에서 행동의 몸(체현), 관계 속의 몸(투사), 역할로서의 몸(역할)을 하나로 모아 설명하면 연극치료의 몸과 연결된다. 이를 양생(養生)의 관점에서 다시 살펴보면 행동의 몸은 생명(生命)으로, 관계의 몸은 사단(四端)의 인(仁)으로, 역할로서의 몸은 주재(主宰)와 서로 대응되는 것으로 그 개념을 확장할 수 있다. 즉 생명으로 살아가고, 사단(四端)의 인(仁)으로 관계하며, 스스로를 주재(主宰)하며 살아간다는 하나의 주제로 연결되고 순환한다. 동양에서 양생(養生)의 몸은 일관되게 모든 것을 포함하는 전체성으로 몸을 말한다. 양생(養生)의 ‘전체성을 지닌 몸’이라는 관점을 치료에 접목할 때, 연극치료에 관한 연구 방향과 임상작업에 새로운 변화가 이루어질 것이다.

영문 초록

The aim of this research is in scrutinizing the human body of theatrical viewpoints by reviewing the curing method of Donguibogam. Since the viewpoint of body is tightly coupled with the overall direction of therapeutic decision in the process of drama therapy, we have analyzed the visions of universe, In the process, we want to expand the analytical horizon of the body concept of dramatherapy by placing the embodiment, projection, and role, which are often used in dramatherapy, into the cyclical structure of the cosmos, human and body. For this purpose, we have reviewed the definition of the physical body and mentality in the eastern and western cultures and also reviewed how we Koreans have been used the word “human body”. From the perspective of the body, When we put the body of the activity, the body of the relationship and the body of the role all together, we realize that these three bodies are connected to the body of drama therapy. When we look at it in terms of curing method, we can extend the three bodies as belows. Firstly, the body of activity corresponds to the aliveness. Secondly, the body of relationship corresponds to benevolence (仁) of four bases (四端). Lastly, the body of role corresponds to living a life with the ownership of the life. We can summarise it as one subject that we live as a living creature, have relationship with benevolence (仁) of four bases (四端), live our life with the ownership of our life. In the eastern culture, the body of the curing method consistently includes everything so that the body has characteristics of totality. When we combine the concept of ‘body which is with totality’ with drama therapy, we will face new era in the research direction and clinical work process.
