샤머니즘 의례의 구조가 가지는 치유적 속성에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 샤머니즘 의례의 구조는 무엇이며 그것은 어떻게 구성되어 어떻게 치유적 속성을 발휘하는지 알아보기 위한 것이다. 샤머니즘에서 이해할 수 없는 강한 에너지와 접신이라는 비일상적인 힘을 먼저 떠올린다는 것은 샤머니즘이 존재한 오랜 시간과 그 의례가 사람들에게 가져다준 위안과 치유의 힘을 간과하는 것이다. 샤머니즘의 의례는 연극과 유사한 공연의 성격으로 사람들이 일상세계에서는 볼 수 없는 기억의 재현, 불안한 요소들의 형상화와 만남, 실제에 존재하지 않는 세계를 다양한 방식으로 재현해 내는 것 등의 새로운 세계를 여러 단계를 통하여 명확하게 볼 수 있게 해준다. 또한, 참여자들 혹은 관객은 이러한 구조 안에서 현실과 다른 세계를 명확하게 경험하고 다시 일상세계로 돌아오는 단계를 경험할 수 있게 된다. 이러한 것은 통과의례를 통하여 자신의 일상세계와는 다른 새로운 세계로 진입하여 일상에 존재하지 않는 새로운 세계를 만나고 경험하며 다시 일상으로 되돌아오는 단계를 통하여 자신의 변화와 성숙을 인식하게 된다는 의례 구조가 가진 가장 중요한 치유적 효과를 인식할 수 있는 것이다. 이렇게 잘 짜여진 의례 구조는 일상의 세계인 코스모스 세계에서 그것과는 전혀 다른 카오스 세계로의 진입을 경험하게 해주며 이러한 두 세계를 오가며 참여자들은 새로운 소통을 경험하게 되는 것이다. 의례의 구조를 이해하는 것은 치유의 속성을 활용하여야 하는 연극공연과 연극치료의 현장에서 공연 혹은 치료의 세션을 구성하고 구조화 시키는데 매우 유용하게 활용될 것이다. 명확한 단계와 구조를 이해하고 그것을 치유적 속성으로 공연과 치료의 현장에서 재구성하여 사용한다는 것은 좀 더 명확한 치유 효과를 기대할 수 있게 해주며 단계별로 수행할 수 있는 구체적인 목표를 재확인 하는데 도움이 될 것이다. 샤머니즘의 연행에서 보여지는 상징을 포함한 보이지 않는 세계의 구성과 그 경험은 실제 현대 연극치료와 치유 공연에 있어서는 치유의 근원이라고 얘기할 수 있으며, 의례 구조를 명확하게 이해하는 것은 그 치유의 경험을 강화시키는 장치를 이해하는 것이다. 또한, 이러한 안전한 구조를 이해하고 만들어낼 수 있다는 것은 공연이나 연극치료의 참여자들이 일상적이지 않은 치유의 거대한 힘을 만나고 다시 일상의 자신의 자리로 돌아올 수 있게 도와주는 안전한 구조를 만들어 낼 수 있다는 것이기도 하다.

영문 초록

This study is to find out what the structure of the shamanistic rite is and how it is constructed and how it exerts healing properties. The non-usual power of strong energy and graft, which is incomprehensible in shamanism, first comes to mind, overlooks the long time that shamanism has existed and the power of comfort and healing that its rites have brought to people. The ritual of shamanism is a theatrical-like performance that allows people to clearly see the new world through various stages, such as the reenactment of memories that they cannot see in everyday life, the formation and meeting of anxious elements, and the reenactment of a world that does not exist in real life. In addition, participants or audiences will be able to clearly experience reality and other worlds within this structure and experience the steps of returning to the everyday world. These are the most important healing effects of the ritual structure, in which a person enters a new world that is different from his or her ordinary life, meets, experiences, and then returns back to daily life. This well-organized ceremonial structure allows participants to experience a completely different Chaotic world from that in the everyday world of Cosmos, where participants experience new communication. Understanding the structure of the rite will be very useful in organizing and organizing a session of performance or treatment in the field of theatrical performance and theatrical therapy, which must utilize the properties of healing. Understanding clear steps and structures and reconstructing them in the context of performances and treatments with healing properties will help to anticipate a clearer healing effect and help reconfirm the specific goals that can be achieved step by step. The composition of the invisible world and its experiences, including the symbols seen in the practice of shamanism, can be said to be the source of healing in modern theatrical therapies and healing performances, and a clear understanding of the ritual structure leads to an understanding of the device which reinforces the healing experience. Also, understanding and creating these safe structures means that they can create safe structures that help participants meet the immense power of unusual healing and return safely to their daily routines.
