국문 초록

이 연구는 NCS기반 고교 직업교육과정의 개발 영역에 대한 기계·금속계열 교원의 교육 요구를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 NCS기반 교육과정 개발에 대한 학교현장의 교육 요구와 교육과정 적용을 위한 준비시간 변화에 따른 교육 요구 변화를 진단하여 NCS기반 교육과정 개발 및 연수 운영을 위한 학교 현장의 실제적 교육 요구를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육부가 2015년도와 2016년도에 주최한 NCS 기반 교육과정 핵심역량강화 연수를 이수한 교원 중에서 기계·금속계열에 해당하는 교원을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, Borich의 교육요구도 분석, The Locus for Focus Model 기법을 활용하여 교육요구도를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, NCS기반 고교 직업교육과정 개발 영역에 대해 기계·금속계열 교원이 인식하는 필요성 정도는 높으나 능력 정도는 다소 낮은 것으로 나타나 지속적인 능력향상 연수가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, NCS기반 고교 직업교육과정의 개발 영역에 대한 필요성 정도와 능력정도의 차이는 2015년에 비해 2016년이 소폭 줄어드는 것으로 나타났으나, 이러한 차이를 반영하여 교사가 느끼는 실제적이고도 현실적인 어려움이 반영될 수 있도록 개선된 연수를 지속적으로 운영하여야 한다. 셋째, 교육 요구 분석 영역의 ‘NCS와 연계된 산업체 교육 요구 분석하기’와 교육 목표 설정 영역의 ‘NCS에서 제시된 직무 중심의 인력양성 목표로 교육 목표설정하기’는 지속적으로 교육요구도가 높은 영역으로 추후 NCS를 활용한 고교 직업교육과정의 개발 영역에 대한 교원 연수프로그램을 개발할 때는 이러한 영역의 비중을 높게 반영할 필요가 있으며, 교수․학습 지원을 위한 자료를 개발·제공하여 교사의 역량을 키워줄 수 있도록 꾸준한 지원이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed educational requests of mechanical·metal fields for development of NCS based high school vocational curriculum development so as to diagnose changes of educational requests by change of preparing time for applying educational requests and curriculums of the school field for NCS-based curriculum development and grasp actual educational requests of the school field for NCS-based curriculum development and training operation. The conclusions drawn by this study are as follows. First, the necessity that teachers of mechanical·metal fields recognize for NCS-based high school vocational curriculums was high, but the ability to apply them was somewhat low, so it’s necessary to educate continuously for improvement in the ability. Second, the necessity and application for NCS-based high school vocational curriculum development were reduced in 2016, in comparison with 2015, because it means that improved training should be continuously operated so as to reflect actual and realistic difficulties felt by teachers. Third, ’analyses on NCS-related industry’s educational requests’ of an educational request analysis area and ‘setting of educational goal for training job-centered manpower cultivation suggested by NCS’ of an educational goal setting area are continuously high educational requests. When a teacher educational program for NCS-applied high school vocational curriculum development is developed in the future, the weight of those fields must be highly reflected. And, materials for supporting teaching and learning should be developed and provided so as to support cultivation of teachers’ capabilities continuously.
