교사 실행 경험에 따른 단계별 지역연계 예술교육 활성화 전략 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 지역연계 예술교육의 방향을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 학교예술교육은 학교폭력예방과 인성교육의 일환으로 활성화되고 있고 지역사회의 참여가 활발해지는 추세이다. 교육부는지속적인 예술교육 활성화의 일환으로 지역연계 예술교육을 위한 다양한 정책들이 추진하고 있지만, 학교 현장에 미치는 영향은 미미한 것이 현실이다. 이러한 한계를 극복하고 학교예술교육이 지역과 연계해 학교 현장에 안정적으로 정착될 수 있도록 그동안 이뤄진 학교 예술교육을 고찰하고, 지역연계 예술교육의 필요성을 집어봤으며, 교육부의 지역연계 예술교육 정책을 분석하였다. 학교 예술교육이 지역연계를 통해 기대 할 수 있는 자원으로는 강사, 예술콘텐츠, 발표기회제공, 재정 자원으로 설정하였다. 또한 지역연계 예술교육을 생산기, 활성화기, 정착기, 정체기, 재생산기 다섯 단계로 나눠 분석하였다. 지역연계 예술교육은 첫째, 지역의 예술콘텐츠를 활용하여 예술교육을 실시할 때는 지속적이고 효과적으로 실시되었다. 둘째, 교사 이동 시 지역연계를 통해 예술교육의 지속성을 유지할 수 있다. 셋째, 학교 예술교육은 지역의 자원을 적극적으로활용했을 경우 활성화되었다. 본 연구를 통해서 학교 현장에서 지역연계 예술교육 정책과 후속연구를 위한 모형을 제시하고자 하며 학교 예술교육의 내실화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is seeking direction of school arts education linked to the local community education. School arts education are vitalizing by a part of school violence prevention and personality education and School arts education linked to the local community is actively joining. The Ministry of Education is pushing various policies for school arts education linked to the local community to promote arts education continuously. But effect on school site is very slight. This study considers school arts education to overcome these limitations and school arts education will be stably settled on school site with Local community link. I discussed necessity of local community link arts education and analyzed arts education policy of the Ministry of Education. This study sets up instructor, art contents, announce opportunity, finance by resources that school art education will be resources of local community link. Also, region link arts education analyzed five steps-producer, invigoration, settlement, retention, reproduce. First, Doing art education with arts contents of local community continuously and effectively. Second, Durability of arts education can keep through local community link when teacher’s move. Third, School arts education is revitalized when actively use resources of local communities. I will suggest the model for local community link arts education policy and next study on school site through this study.
