중증장애인 임금근로자의 근로환경이 일상생활만족에 미치는 영향과 직무만족의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 「장애인고용촉진및직업재활법」에 의거하여 「제4차 장애인고용패널조사(2011년)」에 참여한 중증장애인을 대상으로 근로환경에 따른 직무만족과 일상생활만족을 비교해 보고, 근로환경, 직무만족, 일상생활만족간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 중증장애인의 성공적인 직업재활을 위하여 고용정책을 제언하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 첫째, 중증장애인 임금근로자의 직무만족과 일상생활만족은 근로환경에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 직무만족은 사업장 근로자 수, 정규직 여부, 평균근무시간, 월평균임금, 복리후생유․무, 적성부합여부, 일자리안전여부, 일자리차별경험유․무에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 일상생활만족은 정규직 여부, 평균근무시간, 월평균임금, 복리후생유․무, 적성부합여부, 일자리배려여부, 일자리차별경험유․무에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 근로환경은 중증장애인 임금근로자의 일상생활만족에 통계적으로 유의한 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았지만, 직무만족에는 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 근로환경이 좋을수록 중증장애인 임금근로자의 직무만족수준이 높음을 나타낸다. 셋째, 직무만족이 근로환경과 일상생활만족 사이에서 완전 매개변수의 역할을 하고 있으며, 매개효과도 큰 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study tried to compare the job satisfaction and the daily life satisfaction according to the work environment targeted to the severe disabilities participated in the 4th Employment panel of disabilities in accordance with the Employment Promotion and Vocational Rehabilitation Law for disabilities, and examine the structural relationship between work environment, job satisfaction, and daily life satisfaction. The purpose of this study is suggesting an employment policy for a successful vocational rehabilitation for severe disabilities based on the results of this study. First, as the main results of this study, there was the significant difference in the job satisfaction and the daily life satisfaction of wage workers as severe disabilities according to the work environment statistically. The significant difference showed according to the number of workers, full-time status, average working hours, average monthly wage, welfare status, aptitude conformity, safety jobs status and the experience of job discrimination in the job satisfaction, and the full-time status, average working hours, average monthly wage, welfare status, aptitude conformity, the consideration of job and the experience of job discrimination in the daily life satisfaction statistically. Second, the work environment had not the significant direct influence on the daily life satisfaction of wage workers as severe disabilities, but the significant positive (+) influence showed on the job satisfaction statistically. It represented that the better work environment increases the level of job satisfaction of wage workers as severe disabilities. Third, the job satisfaction takes the role of complete parameter between the work environment and the daily life satisfaction and its parameter is more effective.
