직업재활실습이 예비직업재활사의 전문성에 미치는 요인연구

국문 초록

연구에서는 직업재활실습의 실태와 실습이 직업재활 전문성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위한 연구로 이를 통해 효율적인 실습방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 직업재활사 자격 및 양성과정 인증 규정에 의거 현장실습을 마치고, 학회가 인정하는 연수를 이수해야 하는 전국의 2, 4년제 재활전공학과를 졸업예정인 학부생 전체를 대상으로 전수조사를 하여 총 294명의 설문 응답 내용을 토대로 자료를 수집하였고, 자료처리는 SPSS 21을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 예비직업재활사는 여학생이 남학생보다 3배정도 많으며 실습은 복수나 부전공보다는 전공자가 실습을 이수하고, 실습기관은 총체적 재활서비스를 제공하는 장애인복지관이 주이며, 실습 전 대부분의 학생이 목표를 설정하고, 목표에 따라 실습기관을 선정하였다. 둘째, 직업재활의 전문성 수준은 대체로 보통 수준이며, 독립변수 중 슈퍼비전요인이 실습기관요인이나, 학교요인의 만족도 평균보다 더 높았다. 직업재활실습과 전문성 간의 영향요인은 기관요인을 제외한 슈퍼비전요인, 개인요인, 학교요인 순으로 영향을 미치며, 개인요인 중에서는 실습생 전공선택 만족도, 학교요인 중에서는 실습수업내용, 슈퍼비전요인 중에서는 슈퍼비전만족도가 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 개인요인, 학교요인, 슈퍼바이저요인의 일반적 특성이 전문성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면 실습 전 목적설정 유･무, 슈퍼비전 형태가 전문성 수준에 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 직업재활사의 전문성을 향상시키기 위해서는 실습 전 슈퍼바이저의 적격성에 대한 논의, 학교와 실습기관이 상호 공유할 수 있는 실습매뉴얼이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of the practice of the Vocational Rehabilitation practicum on the future specialist s performance. For this purpose, Vocational Rehabilitation specialist finish their practicum in accordance with the qualification and course certification regulation. The survey data was collected by 294 undergraduate students that are supposed to graduate a 2 or 4 college of Rehabilitation. These students are required to take a practicum which the association approves nationally. The research used SPSS 21 for data analysis. The results of this study was first, the number of female students, future vocational rehabilitation specialists, is three times more compared to male counterparts. As for practice, students who major in vocational rehabilitation completed the practicum course more than who double major or minor in the subject. Most of the practices are done in the Rehabilitation Centers for the People with Disability which provide overall rehabilitation services. Most of the students set their goals before they choose institutions, and try to decide in accordance to the goals. Second, the level of specialty is moderate in general. The independent variable such as supervision factor lead onto higher satisfaction level on average compared to institution factor or university factor. The factors influencing the relationship between vocational rehabilitation practicum and level of speciality are supervision, individual, and university factors in order. The institutional factor is an exceptional factor that does not affect the relationship. The student s major satisfaction level individual factor, the content of practicum instructions university factor, and the satisfaction level of supervision factors have influence on the level of speciality. Third, regarding the influence of individual and university factors as well as supervisors general characteristics factors on specialty, the existence of goal setting before practicum and types of supervision influence the level of specialty. Based on the findings, the study suggests the following to improve the specialty of vocational rehabilitation specialists. Thus for vocational rehabilitation practicum to be conducted effectively, it is necessary to develop and provide the content of education on vocational rehabilitation practicum and some practical training manuals applicable in institutions.
