국문 초록

문화예술교육 예술강사들의 역량을 강화하는 것은 부산문화예술교육의 질적 수준을 담보하기위한 핵심 요소다. 문화예술교육 관련기관에서 다양한 연수 프로그램을 운영하는 것도 이러한 점과 무관하지 않다. 이러한 점을 고려하여 첫째, 부산지역에서 활동하고 있는 학교와 사회 예술강사를 대상으로 실시한 심층면담과 설문조사를 기초자료로 활용하여 역량강화와 관련된 예술강사들의 실질적인 요구사항들을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 2018년 진행된 A.B.C. SCHOOL의 1차 연수 프로그램 내용과 교육 전반에 관한 운영 만족도 조사를 바탕으로 역량강화 프로그램의 구성과 체제를비판적으로 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 부산문화예술교육의 질적 성장과 예술강사들의 역량강화를위한 프로그램 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 장르간 융합 교육프로그램 개발, 교육사례 공유를 통한다양한 콘텐츠 개발, 문제 해결을 위한 교육심리학적 기초 제공이 바로 그것이다. 예술강사 스스로 자신의 교육 철학과 소명의식을 바탕으로 역량을 개발하고 문화예술교육에 전념한다면 부산문화예술교육이 질적으로 성장하는 동력으로 작용할 것이다.

영문 초록

Strengthening the capabilities of art and culture instructors is a key factor in ensuring the quality of cultural artistic education. This is not related to the fact that cultural artistic education institutes are operating various training programs. Taking this into consideration, first, we looked at the practical requirements of art instructors related to capacity building by utilizing in-depth interviews and surveys conducted by schools and social art instructors working in Busan. Second, based on A.B.C. SCHOOL s training program in 2018, the composition and system of the capacity improvement program was critically analyzed and supplemented. Based on this, I proposed program guidelines for the qualitative growth of Busan culture and arts education and the enhancement of the capacity of art instructors. Development of convergence education program between genres, development of various contents through sharing educational case, and provision of educational psychological basis for problem solving. If the arts learner develops competencies based on his or her own educational philosophy and vocation, and devotes himself to arts education, Busan cultural artistic education will act as a qualitative growth engine.
