외상 후 성장에 관한 국내 동향 연구 분석 : 반추 관련 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 반추 관련 외상 후 성장에 관한 국내 연구들을 살펴보고, 개인이 살아가면서 겪게 되는 인생에 큰 외상 후 스트레스 및 장애를 겪고 있는 대상자에게 상담 개입을 위한 기초 제반적 자료를 수집하고 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 2006년부터 2018년까지 국내에서 발표된 학술지 논문 52편을 대상으로 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 그 연구 결과는 등록된 학회지는 한국 심리학회지에 등록된 연구가 가장 많았으며, 관련 연구가 가장 많이 이루어진 해는 2018년이었다. 발달단계별 연구 대상 분포를 보면 연구 대상별 분포에서는 성인을 대상으로 한 연구가 주를 이루었으며, 학업 단계별 연구 대상 분포에서는 대학생 대상이 가장 많았다. 연구 변인별 동향을 살펴 본 결과 반추는 매개변인으로 설정된 연구가 가장 많았고, 외상 후 성장은 종속변인으로 설정된 연구가 가장 많았다. 척도별 동향을 살펴 본 결과 반추 척도는 Calhoun 등(2000)이 개발하고 신선영이 2009년에 번안한 Rumination Scale: RS 반추 척도가 가장 많이 사용되었고, 외상 후 성장 척도는 Tedeschi, Calhoun(1996)이 개발한 외상 후 성장 척도(PTGI)를 송승훈이 2007년에 번안한 한국 외상 후 성장 척도(K-PTGI)가 가장 많이 사용되었다. 위의 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 제한점과 의의를 시사하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of the current study is to survey the South Korean studies on the post-traumatic growth related to rumination and thereby collect and provide general basic data for counseling intervention for those individuals who suffer from big post-traumatic stress and disorders. Methods: This study analyzed the research trend shown in 52 journal articles published in South Korea between 2006 and 2018. Results: Its results are as follows. The most studies were registered with the Korean Journal of Psychology and the year that had the largest number of the related studies was 2018. To focus on the developmental stage, the largest number of the studies were concerned with adults, to focus on the academic level, the largest number of studies were concerned with college students. To focus on the research variables, the largest number of studies had rumination as a mediator variable and the post-traumatic growth as a subordinate variable. The survey of the measures showed that Rumination Scale: RS adapted by Shin Seon-Yeong in 2009 from Rumination Scale: RS developed by Calhoun(2000) was the most frequently used in research , whereas for the post-traumatic trauma scale, the Korean Post-Traumatic Growth Index (K-PTGI) adapted by Song Seung-Hoon in 2007 from the Post-Traumatic Growth Index (PTGI) developed by Tedeschi and Calhoun(1996). Conclusions: These results suggest the limitations and significance of this study.
