국문 초록

본 연구는 아버지의 육아환경이 육아참여 및 육아장애에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하여 향후 가정 내 아버지의 육아참여를 활성화 할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 부산광역시 초등학교 2학년 이하(만 8세 이하) 자녀를 둔 아버지 1000명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 아버지의 육아환경이 육아참여에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 맞벌이 여부, 자녀와 보내는 시간의 충분 정도, 근무일수가 아버지의 육아참여에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 맞벌이를 하며, 자녀와 보내는 시간이 충분하고, 근무일수가 적을수록 아버지의 육아참여가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 아버지의 육아환경이 육아장애에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 월평균 소득, 자녀와 보내는 시간의 충분 정도, 근무일수, 맞벌이 여부가 아버지의 육아장애에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 월평균 소득이 낮고, 자녀와 보내는 시간이 충분하지 못하고, 근무일수가 많으며, 맞벌이를 할수록 아버지의 육아장애가 높아진다고 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the parenting environments of fathers to their parenting involvement and parenting barriers and the impact of the former on the latter in an effort to determine how to vitalize the parenting involvement of fathers at home. A survey was conducted on 1,000 selected fathers whose children were second graders in elementary school or younger(at the western age of 8 and down) in the city of Busan. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 23.0, and descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis were utilized. The findings of the study were as follows: First, how the parenting environments of the fathers affected their parenting involvement was analyzed. As a result, parenting involvement was under the influence of whether they had a dual income, whether they spent enough time with their children and how many days they worked. The fathers took more part in parenting when they had a dual income, when they spent enough time with their children and when they worked for fewer days. Second, how their parenting environments impacted on parenting barriers was analyzed, and the barriers were affected by monthly mean income, whether to spend enough time with their children, the number of their working days and whether to have a dual income or not. There were more parenting barriers when their monthly mean income was smaller, when they didn t spend enough time with their children, when they worked for more days and when they had a dual income.
