수업설계과정에서의 교사 협력 촉진전략 탐색 : 국내연구에 대한 Systematic Meta-aggregative Review

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내 학술지에 게재된 연구를 체계적으로 분석하여, 수업설계를 위한 교사 협력의 촉진 전략을 종합적으로 도출하는 것이다. 체계적 문헌 분석은 단순히 연구동향을 이해하는것과 달리 연구결과 분석을 통해 실천 영역에 시사점을 주고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 수업설계와관련된 교사 협력에 대한 국내 연구를 검색한 결과 총 19편이 선정되어 질적 종합 접근법(Meta-aggregative approach)을 통해 체계적 분석을 하였다. 연구 결과 (1)교사 협력의 목표를 공유하라. (2)자유롭게 수업에 대한 의견을 교환하게 하라. (3)교사 협력을 촉진하기 위한 핵심교사의역할을 수행하라. (4)공유를 위한 온라인 도구를 활용하라. (5)교사 협력을 위해 공식적이면서도 비공식적인 환경을 확보하라. (6)대상에 따라 평가 피드백을 달리하라 등 총 6개의 촉진전략이 종합되었다. 이 연구 결과에 대한 분석을 통해 교육행정가, 학교관리자, 교사, 학습공동체 구성원들이협력적 수업설계를 촉진하고자 할 때, 구체적인 실행을 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze the research published in domestic research and derive strategies to promote teacher collaboration for instructional design. In contrast to simply understanding research trends, systematic review is intended to give implications to practice through analysis of research results. For this purpose, this study used the Meta-aggregative approach for analyzing 19 qualitative studies on teacher collaboration during instructional design. As a result, 6 promoting strategies are emerged; (1) Share the goal of teacher collaboration. (2) Let participants exchange opinions on instructional design freely. (3) Carry out the role of the leading teacher to promote teacher collaboration. (4) Use online tools for sharing. (5) Ensure a formal and informal environment for teacher collaboration. and (6) Differentiate evaluation feedback in accordance with target teacher or students. Through analysis of the results, some suggestions for implementation are provided when educational administrators, school administrators, teachers, and learning community members are interested in promoting collaborative instructional design.
