국문 초록

본 연구는 한국과 프랑스, 스웨덴, 일본의 미혼모관련 지원정책의 차이를 분석하여 한국의 미혼모관련 지원정책에 대한 개선방안을 제시하여 미혼모의 삶의 질에 영향을 주고자 하는데 목적이 있으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프랑스의 경우 독신녀의 개념 안에 미혼모의 개념이 있기 때문에 프랑스의 가족형태는 미혼모의 가정과 일반가정을 구분하지 않는다. 둘째, 스웨덴의 경우 우리나라와 다르게 미혼모와 사생아의 문제에 있어서 냉대와 비난의 대상이 아닌 정부주도 정책의 수혜자가 되는 셈이다. 셋째, 일본의 경우는 미혼모 스스로가 자립 할 수 있는 환경으로 국가의 서비스가 제공 되고 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze differences in support policies related to single mothers in Korea, France, Sweden, and Japan, and suggest ways to improve support policies related to single mothers in Korea, thus affecting the quality of life of single mothers. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, in France, because there is a concept of single mother in the concept of single woman, the family form of France does not distinguish between single mother s and common family. Policies and services are being provided that allow a family to look back on something. Second, Sweden, unlike Korea, is a beneficiary of government-led policies that are not subject to cold-blooded criticism in matters of single mothers and illegitimate children. On the basis of social democracy, the government actively conducts long-term services of cradle to grave and thus is completely free from social prejudice against single mothers. Third, in the case of Japan, national services are provided in an environment where single mothers can stand on their own feet. This can also be explained as the third way, which is the keynote of a policy that teaches people how to catch and not catch fish.
