국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화가족 지원기관 실무자의 임파워먼트 수준과 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 실무자의 임파워먼트 수준을 높일 수 있는 정책적 방안을 모색하고 부정적 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하여 예방책을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 조사대상자는 전국에 분포해 있는 다문화가족 지원기관 중 연락 가능한 141개 기관들의 실무자를 대상으로 이메일과 전화조사를 실시하여 104부를 활용하여 조직특성 변수(직원개발 및 보상체계), 직무수행 변수(직무특성，직장내 역할사항)가 개인의 임파워먼트에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위해 빈도분석, 교차분석，기술통계，상관관계분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과, 다문화가족 지원기관 실무자의 개인 임파워먼트 수준은 비교적 높게 나타났으며, 직무특성 요인 중 과업중요성과 역할 모호성에서 실무자의 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며, 내 • 외부 직원개발 교육과 보상체계에서 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In this study, Multicultural family service agency of practitioners empowerment level and empowerment affect the factors that determine the practitioner s empowerment level to improve the policy seeking and negative factors influencing people to identify preventive measures should be presented is. Subjects in a multicultural family service agencies across the country contact one of 141 institutions to target executives surveyed by email and phone call by using 104 variables, organizational characteristics (employee development and compensation systems), job performance variables (job characteristics, roles in the workplace matters), the empowerment of individuals to see if any effect on the frequency analysis, cross-analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis was performed. As a result, multicultural family support agency practitioners personal empowerment level is relatively higher, and job characteristics of the factors task, the importance and role ambiguity practitioners in the empowerment of the affected have been investigated, my. External staff development and rewards from the system correlation was found.
