아동·청소년 정신건강사회복지사 보수교육과정을 위한 기초연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 아동청소년직무 담당 정신건강사회복지사들의 업무에서의 소진 정도와 자기 효능감을 살펴보고 전문성 증진을 위한 보수교육과정의 기초연구를 하기 위함이다. 아동청소년 업무 담당 정신건강 사회복지사 73명을 대상으로 인구사회학적 특징, 주요업무 분야에 대한 인식도와 실제수행정도, 업무관련 심리적 상태, 분야별 보수 교육 요구 정도에 대해 조사하였다. 필요 인식 정도가 가장 높게 나타난 업무는 개인상담과 부모교육 및 코칭 업무가 각각 평균 4.43점이었다. 다음으로 사례 수퍼비전 및 회의가 평균 4.36점, 집단 상담 및 프로그램 업무가 평균 4.25점, 사례 발굴 및 등록관리 업무가 평균 4.12점, 지역사회연계 업무가 평균 3.73점,예방 및 홍보가 평균 3.65, 조사업무가 평균 3.53, 실습 수련교육 및 수퍼비전이 평균 3.49, 행정 업무가 평균 3.28점 순이었다. 세부 주제별 교육 요구 정도를 살펴보면, 아동 정신병리, 청소년 정신병리, 부모상담 이론 및 기법 배우기, 위기개입 방법 배우기가 평균 4.4점으로 가장 시급한 전문교육 주제로 나타났다. 다음으로 높게 응답된 교육 주제는 부모교육 이론 및 기법 배우기가 평균 4.3점, 심리적 행동적 문제의 진단과 평가, 아동청소년 초기상담 시 척도 활용방법, 개인상담 이론 및 기법 배우기, 발달심리학 주제가 각각 평균 4.2점, 심리측정 평가의 활용, 발달진단평가, 초기상담기법 배우기, 청소년상담이론 및 기법 배우기, 가족상담 이론 및 기법배우기, 개인상담 이론 및 기법배우기, 트라우마 이해 및 대응교육, 질환에 따른 약물관련 교육이 각각 평균 4.1점, 발달진단평가, 부부 가족평가 도구 배우기, 아동 이상심리학이 각각 평균 4.0점으로 조사되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 향후 아동청소년 정신건강 사회복지사 보수교육 교과목에 대한 기준과 체계적인 보수교육과정을 위한 기초를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate burnout and self-efficacy in the tasks of mental health social workers in charge of children and adolescents and conduct basic research on in-service education for improving their expertise. The research was conducted in 73 mental health social workers in charge of children and adolescents to analyze their socio-demographic characteristics, awareness and actual performance in major work areas, job-related psychological status, and needs for in-service education in each area. In terms of need awareness, personal counseling, parent education, and coaching (4.43 on average) scored highest, followed by case supervision and meeting (4.36), group counseling and programs (4.25), case finding and registration management (4.12), community-based tasks (3.73), prevention and publicity (3.65), research (3.53), practical training and supervision (3.49), and administration (3.28). As for the needs for education in each theme, the most urgent themes of professional education were child and adolescent psychopathology, learning parent counseling theories and techniques, and learning how to intervene in risks (4.4 on average), followed by learning parent counseling theories and techniques (4.3), psychological and behavioral problem diagnosis and assessment, how to use a scale in early counseling with children and adolescents, learning personal counseling theories and techniques, and developmental psychology (4.2), psychometry utilization, development diagnosis and assessment, learning early counseling techniques, learning adolescent counseling theories and techniques, learning family counseling theories and techniques, learning personal counseling theories and techniques, trauma understanding and coping education, and education on medication based on disease (4.1), and development diagnosis and assessment, learning how to use marital and family inventories, and abnormal child psychology (4.0). On the basis of these results, the criteria for the subjects of in-service education for mental health social workers for children and adolescents and a model for systematic in-service education standardization were presented.
