국문 초록

과거의 이러닝은 협동학습이 선택적으로 적용되었으나, 이러닝 2.0은 그 자체가 협동학습을 기본가정으로 하고 설계되어야 한다. 이때 교수설계자들은 학습자들의 온라인 활동을 어느 정도 구조화하는 것이 효과적인지에 대한 의문을 가지게 된다. 자유도를 너무 높이면 기대한 학습의 과정과 결과가 산출되지 않을 것 같고, 너무 구조화시키면 사회적 상호작용이 자연스럽지 않게 될 것 같기 때문이다. 때문에 적절한 구조화와 적절한 융통성이 모두 허용될 수 있는 새로운 접근이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이에 대한 대안으로 사회적 상호의존 구조를 찾아 협동구조로 정의하고 이를 설계하는 방식을 제안하였다. 온라인 협동기법의 구조화 정도를 평가하는 요소로 4Ts 즉 과제(Task), 그룹(Teams), 시간(Time), 평가(Test)를 제안하였다. 또한 이에 대한 하위구조를 다시 제시하여 이 구조에 대한 설계권한을 일반인들에게 허용하는 방식을 제안하였다. 이는 교수설계에 대한 전문성이 부족한 이들에게도 온라인협동학습 설계에 대한 접근성을 높일 수 있게 되며, 이미 개발된 온라인 협동학습 환경을 몇 가지 설정의 변화만으로 새로운 환경으로 재사용이 가능하게 될 수 있는 새로운 접근이다.

영문 초록

In the past online collaborative learning was selectively applied. However, in e-Learning 2.0 itself collaborative learning should be presumed and designed on its basis. In the meanwhile, instructional designers may have a question concerning what levels of constructedness of online learners’ online activities would be effective, because there is a dilemma. If level of freedom is too high, desirable learning process and outcome may not be produced. Otherwise, if it is too high constructed, social interdependence may not be natural. Because of this issue, it is necessary to have a new approach, accepting appropriate constructedness and appropriate flexibility. In this study, this author proposes an alternative, which seeks social interdependence structure, and defines it as collaborative structures and finally designs this. This alternative proposes 4Ts, namely task, teams, time, and test, while it is based on Persico and Pozzi(2010)’s 3Ts, as elements estimating level of constructedness of online collaborative techniques. Also this author presents sub-structure again, allowing general persons to design control of this structure. The alternative aims to make accessibility easier to people who lack of professional skills of instructional design. Besides, it is a new approach in which some changes of configuration make a reusable new environment.
