전문대학의 물류학과 전공심화 교육과정 개발에 관한 실증분석

국문 초록

전공심화과정(Bachelor s degree course at junior colleges)이 일정과정을 수료한 졸업생에게 학사학위 수여가 가능해지면서 새로운 교육수요 창출의 계기가 되었으며, 물류분야의 중요성이 커지고 그 관심이 고조되면서 물류분야를 특화한 전공심화과정의 설치에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 물류학과 학사학위 전공심화과정에서 요구되는 교육 커리큘럼(Curriculum)을 개발하고 물류기업과 학생들 간의 교육과정에 대한 인식차이를 분석하였다. 1차 설문조사를 통하여 41개 과목을 도출하였으며, 전문가 의견 및 2차 조를 통하여 25개 과목을 선정하였다. 또한 25개 과목을 대상으로 집단간 인식차이를 분석한 결과 실무물류영어, 육상화물세미나, 물류포장실무, 항공화물세미나, 노사관계론 과목은 졸업생 및 재학생에 비해 물류기업 재직자가 중요하게 인식하는 과목이었으며, 물류원가관리실무, 녹색물류, 수배송계획실무, 물류정책론, 물류컨설팅, 물류의사결정실무, 물류경영세미나, 물류경제학, 물류조사방법론, 물류인적자원실무 과목은 물류기업 재직자에 비해 졸업생 및 재학생이 중요하게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

As it was available to grant bachelor s degree to graduates who complete a regular course of major intensive curriculum, this opportunity created a demand of new education. The importance of the logistics sector is increasing, its interest is emerging, and request for installation of major intensive curriculum whose logistics sector was specialized is increasing. Therefore, in this study, curriculum that is required at logistics and major intensive curriculum was developed and difference of recognition on curriculum among students was analysed. Forty one subjects were deducted through the first survey and 25 subjects were selected through experts opinions and the second survey. Difference of recognition was analysed between group, targeted at 25 subjects. As a result, the subjects of practical English of logistics, seminar of land cargo, logistics packing training, seminar of air freight and labor-management theory were regarded to be more important by incumbents of logistics companies than graduates and college students while those of production cost management training of logistics, green logistics, transportation and delivery plan training, policy of logistics, logistics consulting, logistics decision-making training, economics of logistics, survey and methodology of logistics and logistics human resource training were considered as more important by graduates and college students than incumbents of logistics companies..
