국문 초록

장애인의 고등교육 확대에 따라 장애대학생의 수는 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 건강한 대학생활 적응을 위해서 장애학생은 자신의 상황에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 역량이 있어야 하며 이는 장애특성과 학생의 요구에 따른 맞춤형 지원의 형태로 제공되어야 한다. 본 연구는 감각장애 대학생의 건강한 대학생활 적응을 위하여 문제해결교수 기반의 탄력성 증진 프로그램이 참여 학생의 탄력성과 스트레스, 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 경기도 소재 4년제 K대학교 1학년에 재학 중인 시·청각장애 학생 4명을 대상으로 10회기 탄력성 증진 프로그램을 개발하였고 사전, 사후에 탄력성, 스트레스 및 심리적 안녕감 검사와 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 문제해결교수 기반의 탄력성 증진 프로그램은 참여 학생들의 탄력성과 스트레스 대처 및 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 장애인 고등교육 분야에서 장애대학생의 학교생활 적응능력 향상의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

In order to support healthy college life for students with disabilities, it is necessary to provide individual support considering the characteristics of disabilities and the situation of students. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of resilience enhancement program using social problem solving strategy on the resilience, stress, and psychological well-being of the college students with sensory disabilities. Four freshmen with sensory disabilities belonged to K university located in Gyonggi-do participated on the resilience intervention including 10 sessions and were conducted resilience, stress, psychological well-being test and in-dept interview. The results of this study showed that the resilience enhancement program using social problem solving strategy positively influenced on improving of stress, psychological well-being of the college students with disabilities. This study can be used as the basic data for the improvement of adaptation ability of college students with sensory disabilities in the future.
