영문 초록

This study s aim is to analyse the issue of legal regulating on the elder driving from the welfare and health point of view, then suggested the desirable and legitimate strategy for improvement. To do this, I reviewed the america and japans laws relevant the older driving. and derived like those issues: Firstly, safety for older drivers is a public welfare and health issue. Secondly, many older drivers self-regulate their driving behaviour. Thirdly, the crash rate for older drivers is related to physical and mental changes associated with ageing. Based on these, the regal and policy suggestions are presented.
