사회복지학 전공 학생들의 복지의식에 관한 주관적 인식 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회복지학을 전공하고 있는 학생들의 복지의식에 대한 인식을 유형화하고 인식 유형별 특성을 탐색함으로써 복지의식을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 확인하려는 목적을 가지고 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 Q방법론을 적용하여 연구대상자의 주관적 인식을 파악하고 복지의식과 관련 된 32개의 진술문을 가지고 33명의 경남에 소재한 사회복지학과 학생을 대상으로 Q 분류를 하게 하 였다. 분석결과, 사회복지전공 학생들이 인식하는 복지의식의 주관적 인식유형으로 네 가지가 도출되 었다. 1유형은 ‘인간중심 사회복지 지향형’, 2유형은 ‘공공복지 강조형’, 3유형은 ‘가치중시 현실 갈등 형, 4유형은 ‘공공복지 자원 효율형’ 으로 명명하였다. 본 연구는 사회복지학을 학습하고 실천현장으 로 나갈 전공 학생들의 복지의식에 대한 주관적 인식 유형과 유형별 특성을 살펴보았다는 것에 의의 가 있으며, 이상의 유형화의 결과와 특징들은 사회복지학전공 학생들의 복지의식이 복지교육에 반영 될 수 있는 여지와 근거자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to promote revitalization of welfare consciousness by classifying perception on the welfare consciousness of social welfare majoring students and exploring characteristics for different types of perceptions. For this purpose, subjective perceptions of the study subjects were grasped by applying Q methodology and were required to conduct Q classification to 33 students of social welfare department in Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea with 32 questionnaires of welfare consciousness. Analysis showed that 4 types of subjective perceptions of welfare consciousness perceived by social welfare major students were derived as follows; It was designated the type 1 is ‘social welfare-oriented centered on human’, type 2 is ‘public welfare-oriented’, type 3 is ‘conflict in the reality that emphasizes on the value’ and type 4 is ‘efficiency for resource of public welfare’ It is a significant fact that the subjective perception of welfare consciousness of students who study social welfare and participate to practice work field and characteristics of each types were examined. With the result of classification and its characteristics, welfare consciousness of social welfare major students can be reflected to the welfare education and also used as base data.
