ADHD 아동을 위한 달크로즈 접근의 음악치료 효과성에 관한 이론적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 오늘날 교육현장에서 가장 쉽게 접할 수 있는 아동행동장애 중의 한 유형인 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애(ADHD) 아동의 문제행동 개선을 위한 달크로즈 접근의 음악 치료적 효과성에 대해 고 찰한 것이다. ADHD 아동을 위한 기존의 치료방법으로는 약물치료, 행동치료, 인지행동치료가 있으 나 단기적인 효과와 개개인에 따라 다르게 적용되어야 하는 단점이 있어서 정신적, 신체적 장애를 가진 인간의 바람직한 행동 변화에 도움이 되는 음악이 치료적 요소로 많이 사용되고 있다. 특히, ADHD 아동들에게 주의집중, 기억, 공간과 신체의 지각, 타인과의 접촉, 상상력, 창의력을 증진시키 는데 도움이 되는 달크로즈 교수법은 음악에 대한 신체의 반응을 강화함으로써 감각경험과 지적경험 이 합체되는 음악교육 접근법이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 선행된 음악치료 프로그램 연구 중에서 음악 활동 구성면의 달크로즈 기법이 활용되어진 부분을 찾아 아동의 문제행동 개선에 미치는 영향을 알 아보았다. 그 결과 ADHD 아동의 내재된 에너지를 표출 할 수 있게 하고 주의력 결핍과 과잉행동 및 충동성의 문제 행동들이 점차 개선됨으로써 달크로즈 접근의 음악치료가 ADHD 아동의 중재에 효과적임을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study was to identify the effect of reflective self-assessment activity and the influence of this in terms of the change processes of University students’ career decision making levels and academic performance. For this purpose, I gathered data from 17(8male, 9female) University students. The data were analyzed through the triangled qualitative approach (group interview, observation, and reflective selfassessment) and quantitative approach for the accurate judgement. In quantitative approach, academic achievement and career decision making levels were conducted before and after the reflective self-assessment and were examined by using the paired sample t-test. During reflective self-assessment, group interview, and observation processes, students had more positive attitudes toward and were more aware of their career decision making, academic performance, thinking, emotional and behavioral processes. Further, students' career decision making levels and their academic achievement were increased significantly. The results of this study supported that reflective self-assessment could be considered as a powerful way and one of the greatest instruments to motivate students, to promote learning like in previous studies. Plus, they suggested the influence of reflective self-assessment.
