가출 청소년의 자기효능감 향상을 위한 집단미술치료 사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 가출청소년을 대상으로 집단의 지지와 미술작업을 통한 성취감을 경험할 수 있는 집단미술치료를 통해 자신의 사고, 행동, 감정을 인식하고 수용함으로써 자기효능감을 향상시키고자 하였다. 연구문제는 집단미 술치료가 가출청소년의 자기효능감에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가이다. 연구대상은 A시 청소년 쉼터 이용 청소년 중 참여하기를 희망한 3명이며, 2014년 1월부터 3월까지 청소년 쉼터 상담실에서 집단원의 희망에 의해 주 2회 총 12회기 집단미술치료를 실시하였다. 자기효능감을 측정하기 위하여 자기효능감 검사, PPAT 검사를 실시하 고 미술치료과정에서 자기효능감과 설정목표 성취도 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기효능감 검사에서 긍정적인 변화가 나타났으며, 미술치료과정에서 자신감, 자기조절 효능감, 과제난이도 조 절에서 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 둘째, PPAT 검사에서 공간 면에서 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 셋째, 설정목 표의 성취도 면에서 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 집단미술치료는 가출 청소년의 자기효능감 향상에 효과적이었 다. 제언하면, 일반화를 위해 실험, 비교연구 등 지속적인 연구가 필요하다고 본다.

영문 초록

The Purpose of this study was to increase self-efficacy through recognizing their thinking, behavior, emotion and accepting themselves by group art therapy that can give sense of achievement of group support and art works for runaway adolescents. The subject of this study was how group art therapy for runaway adolescents work on self-efficacy. The participants of this study were 3 adolescents in the youth shelter who wanted to take part in this program. This lasted from January, 2014 to March, twice a week for 12 sessions at the counseling room in the youth shelter by their request. To measure Self-efficacy, self-efficacy scale, PPAT were used, self-efficacy throughout the group art therapy process were analyzed, and the achievement of the set-up goals by themselves were analyzed. The conclusion of this study are as follows; First, there was positive changes on self-efficacy and on self confidence, self control-efficacy, task difficulty control throughout the group art therapy process. Second, there were positive results on the space of PPAT. Third, the achievement of the set-up goals by themselves had a positive change. The group art therapy was effective on the self-efficacy for runaway adolescents, but the study has the problem of generalization, so further studies through a variety of method are needed.
