자기애성 성격장애자의 문제행동 감소와자아존중감 향상을 위한 자기심리학적 미술치료 사례

국문 초록

\'본 연구는 자기심리학적 미술치료가 자기애성 성격장애자의 문제행동 감소와 자아존중감 향상에 효과가 있는지를 알아보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 ○○도 G시에 거주하고 있는 자기애성 성격장애자인 45세 성인 남자이며, 전체 2단계로 진행된 자기심리학적 미술치료 프로그램에 참여하게 되었다. 연구도구 및 결과 분석을 위하여 자기애성 성격장애자인 성인 내담자에게 1단계 사전, 사후와 2단계 사후에 자아존중감 척도 검사와 자기애성 문제행동에 관한 구체적인 행동 및 태도의 변화를 측정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기심리학적 미술치료가 연구 대상자의 문제행동을 감소시켰는지 알아보기 위하여 대인관계와 성적 문제행동에 관한 10가지 항목의 구체적인 행동 및 태도의 변화에 대한 점수를 분석한 결과, 대인관계의 문제행동은 현저하게 감소하였으며 성적 문제행동인 관음증은 1단계 9회기 이후부터 완전히 소거되었다. 둘째, 자기심리학적 미술치료가 연구 대상자의 자아존중감을 향상시켰는지 알아보기 위하여 자아존중감척도 검사에 대한 점수를 분석한 결과, 자아존중감이 향상되었으며 특히 부정적인 문항의 점수가 크게 향상 된 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 자기심리학적 미술치료가 자기애성 성격장애자의 문제행동을 감소시키고 자아존중감을 향상시키는데 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다.\'

영문 초록

'This thesis is to examine out the effect of the self-psychological art therapy on the reduction of problem behaviors and the improvement of self-esteem of the man with narcissistic personality disorder. The object of study is 45-year-old man with narcissistic personality disorder who lives in G city. He took part in the self-psychological art therapy program, which was held in two steps. For the analysis of the research tools and results, self-esteem scale test was carried out, and specific changes in his behaviors and attitudes of narcissistic personality were observed and measured before and after the first step therapy, and after the second step therapy. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the points of the specific changes in the behaviors and attitudes of ten items on the interpersonal relationship and the sexual problem behaviors were analyzed in order to find out whether the self-psychological art therapy reduces the problem behaviors of the client. It was shown that the problem behaviors of the interpersonal relationship had been reduced eminently, and the sexual problem behavior, voyeurism had been removed completely since the ninth session of the first step art therapy. Secondly, the points of the self-esteem scale test were analyzed in order to find out whether the psychological art therapy improves the self-esteem of the client. It was shown that his self-esteem had been improved, and especially the points of the negative items had been improved eminently. Judging from the results above, it is certain that the self-psychological art therapy is effective on the reduction of problem behaviors and the improvement of self-esteem of the man with narcissistic personality disorder.
