집단미술치료의 치료적 요인에 관한 연구 : 청소년 동료집단을 중심으로

국문 초록

최근 몇년 동안 한국사회에서는 전에 볼 수 없었던 다양한 종류의 집단활동이 일어나고 있다 70년대 후반부터 집단활동이 시작된 이래, 각종 형태의 집단활동이 늘어나 현재에 이르러서는 많은 대학 또는 지역사회 연구기관에서 보편적인 상담활동의 하나로 정착되어 왔다. 이것은 집단상담이 비교적 실제 생활 장면에 가까운 대인관계 상황을 반영하고, 축소된 사회에서 대인관계 역동을 중심으로 참자틀의 개인적 습관, 태도 및 사고방식 등을 사실적으로 평가하고 수정하는데 유용하기 때문이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of group art therapy on therapeutic factors including cognitive. emotional. and behavioral factors. The comparative values of therapeutic factors were examined by submitting 'Revised Critical Incident Questionnaires' to group participants in 9 counseling groups which are called group art therapy. 80 female adolescents participated once in a week for two hours. and experienced total 20 hours through 10 sessions in group art therapy. After group termination, participants filled out 'Revised Critical Incident Questionnaire' which originally Critical Incident Form(Bloch, Reibstein, Crouch‘ Holroyd & Themen.1979) was revised by the researchers of this study. The results were as follows. First, in a comparision of individual rankings, catharsis is a top-ranked factor, and self-disclosure, self-understanding, and universality rank high, whereas, vacarious learning, altruism, guidance, and instillation of hope rank low in our study. Second， emotional factors were more emphasized than cognitive factors.
