블렌디드 창업교육 프로그램의 교수학습경험에 대한 사례연구

국문 초록

창업을 통해 진취적인 기업가 양성과 경제적 활성화를 도모하기 위한 다양한 정책과 사업이 추진되고 있으나, 창업교육과정의 설계나 방법의 측면에서 개선의 여지가 있다. 창업에 대한 기본적인 소양과 지식의 습득 뿐만 아니라 이를 실제적인 창업의 과정에 적용할 수 있는 기회를 제공해야 하는 창업교육의 특성을 고려할 때 온라인과 오프라인의 교수학습활동을 결합한 블렌디드 방식이 효과적인 교수학습방법으로 적용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 블렌디드 창업교육프로그램에 참여한 교수자와 학습자의 구체적인 교수학습경험을 분석하고, 실시된 블렌디드 교육프로그램에 대한 효과성과 개선방향에 대한 인식을 분석하여 창업교육의 효과성을 높일 수 있는 블렌디드 교육프로그램의 설계방향을 제시하기 위해서 실시되었다. 블렌디드 창업교육에 참여한 교수자와 학습자를 대상으로 설문조사와 면담, 관찰자료, 교육후기 및 학습결과물을 수집하여 분석한 결과, 온라인과 오프라인이 연계된 학습활동을 통해서 필수적인 지식습득, 학습내용의 상황적 적용기회제공, 프로그램실시의 지역성 극복 등이 기존의 오프라인 중심의 창업교육이 지녔던 한계점을 극복할 수 있었던 것으로 평가되었다. 그러나 온라인과 오프라인 교수학습활동의 시너지 효과 창출을 위해 온라인 학습지원강화, 온?오프 라인 교육활동의 연계성 강화, 오프라인 멘토링의 재구조화를 포함한 개선점도 도출되었다. 분석결과를 기초로 향후 효과적인 블렌디드 창업교육의 설계과정에서 고려할 사항들을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Recently, increasing number of projects have carried out for the entrepreneurship training that is expected to raise innovative entrepreneur by means of the solution of economic depression. Regardless of its quantitative growth of entrepreneurship training, actual implementation of training program has been criticized due to its poor instructional design and method. In order to meet the goal of entrepreneurship training that should provide learning experience not only for the acquisition of knowledge but also for the contextual application of learned knowledge in real practice, blended learning environment, that combines face-to-face learning activities and technology-mediated online activities, could give methodological implication. This study aims to explore the experiences and perceptions of a instructor and learners who participated in a blended entrepreneurship training program. In addition, the researchers also expect to elicit meaningful design and implementation components for the further development of blended entrepreneurship training program. A survey, interview, participant observation, reflection note, and worksheet data was collected and analyzed based on the guideline of mixed method case study design. Results indicate that both instructor and learner have positive learning experience and perception through blended environment that provide opportunity of meaningful knowledge acquisition, applying knowledge into individual business plan, and overcoming local constraints of program implementation. Further, several implications for the development of blended entrepreneurship training program are identified such as fortifying learning support tools and monitoring activities during online learning process, improving connectedness between online-offline learning activities, and restructuring mentoring process. Based on the result, a number of design and implementation strategies for blended entrepreneurship training are suggested.
