노인 여가의 국내 연구동향 분석 : 최근 5년간 연구를 바탕으로

국문 초록

연구목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 기대수명이 늘어나고 초 고령사회로 진입하고 있는 우리나라 노인들의 여가활동에 관한 연구 동향을 파악하고 향후 연구 방향을 모색하기 위함이다. 연구방법 : 한국교육학술정보원(KERIS)에서 제공하는 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)와 DBpia의 데이터베이스를 이용하여 최근 5년간 국내 노인여가를 대상으로 한 연구들로 수집하였고 최종 결정된 35편의 논문은 최근 연구들의 경향을 파악하기 위해 연구 자료의 연도와 발행처, 연구의 내용을 분류하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 : 첫째, 연도별 현황 분석에 따르면 2012년부터 2017년 6월까지 매년 최소 5편에서 최대 7편의 노인 여가 관련 연구가 발행이 됐다. 둘째, 발행처별 현황 분석에 따르면 16개의 학회, 4개의 연구원, 1개의 건강증진개발원에서 지난5년간 노인 여가 관련 논문을 발행했고, 가장 활발하게 이루어지는 곳은 한국콘텐츠학회로 전체연구의 20%를 차지하는 7편의 논문을 발행하며 가장 많은 비중을 차지하였다. 셋째, 연구 주제별 분석에 따르면 노인여가 복지시설, 여가와 삶의 질 & 생활 만족도, 여가와 심리사회, 여가 프로그램, 여가의 활성화, 노인 여가 정책, 여가와 건강, 여가 양상 등 총 8개의 주제로 유목화 되었는데, 이 중 여가와 삶의 질 & 생활 만족도 주제에서 총 11편의 연구가 나왔고, 이는 전체 연구의 31.5%에 해당한다. 결론 : 한국 사회에서 심각하게 부각되고 있는 노인 관련 문제를 해소하고 노인들이 의미 있는 삶을 살도록 하기 위한 대처 방안 마련 및 정책 연구가 중요하다. 또한 다양한 시각으로 노인여가의 단기적 & 장기적 연구가 함께 수행 되어야 학문의 성숙을 이룰 수 있을 것이다. 무엇보다 기존 연구를 지속적으로 고찰하고 성찰하여 연구의 질을 높여 나가야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objective : The objective of this study is to review the current researches on the elders’ leisure activities in Korea, becoming a super aging society, and to provide with a constructive suggestion. Methods : The methodology of this study is to collect the researches on the elders’ leisure activities conducted in the recent five years, using the databases of Academic Research Information Service (RISS) from the Korea Education & Research Information Service (KERIS) and DBpia. Among them, thirty-five articles were finally selected and categorized by the published years, publishers, and contents of studies to analyze the trend of the recent studies. Results : First, by the published years, minimum five and maximum seven articles on the elders’ leisure activities were published between 2012 and 2017. Second, by the publishers, sixteen articles on the elders’ leisure activities were issued by academic societies, four articles were issued by research institutes and one was issued by the Research Institute for Health Promotion. The most frequent publisher was the Korean Association of Content, which issued seven articles which takes about twenty percent of the entire cases of this study. Third, by the contents of the study, they are classified into eight themes, namely welfare facilities of the elders, leisure and wellbeing of life & life satisfaction, leisure and mental society, leisure programs, vitalization of leisure, policy on elders’ leisure, leisure and health, and leisure conditions. Among them, eleven articles are on the leisure and wellbeing of life & life satisfaction, which takes 31.5 percentages of the entire studies. Conclusion : It is important to come up with the solutions for elderly problems, becoming serious matters in the Korean society, and to have policy researches to help the elders enjoy the rest of their life. The short and long term studies on the elders from various perspectives should also be conducted. Finally, the continuous review on the previous studies will be helpful to improve the quality of research.
