원예작업치료의 치료적 가치에 관한 문헌 고찰

국문 초록

원예작업의 치료적 가치는 사회원예의 다양한 분야에서 그 가치가 인정되고 있다. 원예 작업의 치료적 가치를 높이기 위해서는 의학적 전문성 강화와 활동 프로그램의 연구가 필요하다고 할 것이다. 본 연구는 재활 전문분야인 작업치료와 원예학의 학제 간 연구의 일환으로, 치료적 활동으로서의 원예작업치료에 대한 이해와 실제적 시도를 위한 연구를 다루었다. 초기 작업치료는 정신과에서 원예작업을 통한 작업의 치료적 가치가 인정되면서 시작되었으나, 현재는 정신과 전문영역으로 발전되지 못한 실정이다. 원예작업은 인간의 활동을 촉진하고 삶의 질을 향상 시키는 목적있는 활동의 대표적 예로 일상생활에서부터 여가활용까지 적용이 가능하여 노령화 시대를 맞이하고 있는 현대사회에 더욱더 그 필요성과 연구가 요구된다. 작업치료 의료서비스의 발전을 위해서, 원예적 환경과 활동에 대한 환자고객의 요구를 인지하고 그 영역의 확대를 위한 원예작업 연구가 요구된다. 선행 연구 논문을 고찰하여, 첫째, 원예작업을 기초한 정신작업치료의 역사와 근대사회의 맥락에서 원예 중심의 치료적 활동을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 원예작업의 효용과 치료이론의 적용 및 활동 프로그램 개발을 위한 연구를 고찰해 보았다. 마지막으로, 원예작업을 이용한 정신작업치료의 발전을 모색하는 연구논문 고찰을 통해서, 정신작업치료의 방법으로서 원예작업치료가 전문영역으로 확대되는데 기초 연구 자료를 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The therapeutic values of horticultural occupation were accepted in the various fields of socio-horticulture comprising horticultural therapy (HT). To enhance the values, approaching with the medical professionalism and developing the related horticultural therapy programs was required. For the interdisciplinary research between occupational therapy (OT) and horticultural science, this study was focused on establishing of the theory of horticultural occupation therapy (HOT) introducing horticultural activities as the means of OT and the practical application of it. Hoticultural occupation in the psychiatric treatment of the initial work done with the task to start as recognition of the therapeutic value, but the development of the area is now a psychiatrist who is Free. Occupational therapy for the development of health services, and horticultural environment for patients to recognize the needs of customers and the expansion of the region is required for the horticultural operations research. Discussion leading to a research paper, the first task-based horticultural therapy history of mental tasks in the context of modern society looked at gardening-oriented therapeutic activities. Second, the effectiveness of horticultural operations and treatment of the theory and applied research for the development of activity programs have seen gochalhae. Finally, with the spirit of gardening tasks for the development of occupational therapy through a discussion paper seeking mental occupational therapy occupational therapy horticulture as a way to have a larger area of expertise, which is to provide basic research data.
