국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 문학 활동 중심의 시지각 훈련 프로그램이 지적장애아동의 시지각과 일상생활 기능에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구방법 : 시지각과 일상생활에 문제를 보이는 지적장애 만 9세 아동을 대상으로 부모님의 동의를 얻어 5주 동안 주3회, 30분, 1:1 문학 활동 중심의 시지각 훈련 프로그램을 실시하였다. 시지각훈련프로그램 중재의 사전, 사후검사는 Motor-Free Visual Perception Test(MVPT-3)와 Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory(PEDI)를 사용하였다. 결과 : 본 아동은 Motor-Free Visual Perception Test(MVPT-3)결과는 원점수 27점에서 31점으로 만 6세 2개월에서 만 8세로 향상되었다. Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory(PEDI)에서는 사전, 사후검사에서 신변처리 37점에서 39점으로 점수의 향상을 보였으며, 사회적 기능은 59점에서 62점으로 점수의 향상이 되었으나 이동은 54점에서 54점으로 점수의 변화가 없었다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 문학 활동 중심의 시지각 훈련 프로그램이 지적장애아동의 시지각과 일상생활기능에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Objective : The purpose of this study of the literary activity-based training program for mentally disabled children’s perceptions of each message and its effects on everyday function is to learn about. Methods: When looking for a problem of perception and intellectual disability in everyday life for children 9 years of age with the consent of their parents five weeks three times a week, 30 minutes late at 1:01 in the center of literary activity conducted training programs . Perceptual training program for pre and post test of the Motor-Free Visual Perception Test-3( MVPT-3) and evaluate the list of pediatric disorders(Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory; PEDI) was used. Results: The children’s Motor-Free Visual Perception Test-3(MVPT-3) results raw score 27 points 31 points ten thousand only from 6 years 2 months to 8 years has improved. List of pediatric disability rating (Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory; PEDI) in the pre-and post-assessment 37 points 39 points in the self-care showed improvement in scores, social functioning score of 59 points 62 points but mobility score of 54 points 54 points did not change. Conclusions: In this study, the center of literary activity during the perceptual training program on intellectual perception and everyday life of a child with a disability function appeared to be effective.
