과제지향집단작업치료가 재가 장애인의 일상생활활동과 우울감 개선에 미치는 효과: 뇌 병변 환자를 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 과제지향집단작업치료가 재가 장애인 중 뇌병변 환자의 일상생활동과 우울감 개선에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 시행하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 2012년 7월부터 8월까지 광주광역시 S보건소에 내원하는 클라이언트를 대상으로 보건소에서 실시하는 과제지향집단작업치료 프로그램에 참여하기를 희망하는 자를 선정하였다. 연구방법은 단일군 전후 실험설계를 적용하여 1회 120분 총 11회기를 적용하였다. 중재 전후 비교측정을 위해 일상생활활동은 기능적 독립성 측정(Functional Independence Measure)을 사용하였고 우울감은 Beck 우울척도 (Beck Depression Inventory)를 사용하여 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 본 연구는 11회기의 과제지향집단작업치료를 실시한 결과 FIM의 전체 평균점수는 101.4에서 102.8로 점수의 변화는 있었지만 통계학적으로 유의하지 않았다. Beck 우울척도의 전체 평균점수는 18점에서 15점으로 점수의 변화량을 보였으며, 통계학적으로 유의미한 변화도 확인되었다. 결론 : 본 연구의 결과를 통해 과제지향집단작업치료가 재가 장애인의 우울감 개선에는 긍정적인 효과가 있음이 증명되었다. 이와 같은 기초연구를 토대로 국내에서도 과제지향집단작업치료의 효과를 검증하는 보다 많은 질적 연구가 계속되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objective : The purpose of this study challenge the occupational therapy-oriented group home for disabled patients with lesions of the brain to improve the daily life of East and depression were performed to evaluate the effects. Methods : This study July-August 2012 the health center in Gwangju S targets clients who want to perform at the health center project-oriented working groups who wish to participate in the treatment program were selected characters. After a single group experimental design research methods applied to 120 minutes per session, for a total of 11 was applied. Before and after intervention to measure activities of daily living, functional independence measure (Functional Independence Measure) and the Beck Depression Inventory was used depression (Beck Depression Inventory) were measured using. The data collected using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program was analyzed. Results : This study of 11 project-oriented working group therapy sessions conducted by the results of the total FIM score as average score from 101.4 to 102.8, but the change was not statistically significant. Beck Depression Inventory score of 18 points overall average score of 15 points in the beams of the change was statistically significant changes were identified. Conclusions : The results of this study challenge the occupational therapy home-oriented group of people with disabilities has a positive effect on depression improvement has been demonstrated. Based on this basic research project oriented working groups in the country to verify the effectiveness of treatment more qualitative research should be continued.
