감각통합치료가 자폐아동의 분리불안과 부모양육스트레스에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 감각통합치료가 자폐아동의 분리불안과 부모양육스트레스에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구방법 : 연구대상은 한 명의 만 3세 자폐아동으로 연구목적에 맞는 분리불안행동이 나타나는 아동을 선정하였다. 대상 아동의 분리불안행동은 ‘치료실에 들어온 뒤 치료실문을 나가려는 행동’으로 하였다. 연구 설계는 단일 사례 연구 방법 중 A-B-A 설계를 사용하였고, 총 8주 동안 기초선 4회, 주 2회, 45분, 1:1 감각통합치료 8회, 중재이후 3회를 실시하였다. 검사는 분리불안행동은 비디오촬영을 통한 빈도수 측정과 부모양육스트레스의 K-PSI를 사용하였다. 결과 자료는 빈도수를 표와 그래프로 제시하였고 시각적으로 분석하였다. 결과 : 비디오 관찰을 통한 대상아동에게 나타나는 분리불안행동으로서 그 빈도를 살펴보면 기초선1에서 평균빈도는 10회에서 중재단계에서 평균빈도는 5회 기초선2의 평균빈도는 0.5로 큰 폭으로 감소하였으나, 사전검사에서 백분위 총 스트레스 96%, 사후검사 총점 93%로 3%가 감소하여 임상적으로 분리불안행동의 감소가 부모양육스트레스의 감소에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 결론 : 본 연구에서 감각통합치료가 자폐장애아동의 분리불안행동을 감소시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 주었으나 양육자의 부모양육스트레스에 대한 유의미한 결과를 얻지 못하였다.

영문 초록

Objective : The purpose of this study autistic children, Sensory Integration Therapy Learn about the effects of separation anxiety, parenting stress and parents agree. Methods : The subjects of this study hanmyeongui third separation anxiety behaviors that appear suitable for the purpose of research, children with autism, children were selected. Separation anxiety behavior of the target child was the ‘action’ was leaving the operatory door after entering the operatory. Design ABA single case study method of research design was used for a total of 8 weeks, twice a week, four times base line, 8th, 45, 1:1 sensory integration therapy three times since the arbitration was conducted. Separation anxiety behavior tests used video taken with frequency measure of parenting stress and parent K-PSI. The resulting data were presented as frequency tables and graphs and analyzed visually. Results : Base line 1 look as the frequency separation anxiety behaviors appear to target children through observation of results: video 10 times the average frequency in the average frequency in the intervention stage the average frequency of five times base line 2 to 0.5 significantly reduced, but percentile of total stress in the pre-test, 96%, and 3% to 93% post-test score decreased by reduction of clinical separation anxiety behavior parenting style has a positive impact on the reduction of stress. Conclusions : In this study, sensory integration therapy for autistic disorder, the main positive impact in reducing the child’s separation anxiety behavior not get meaningful results for the caregiver parenting stress.
