대인관계역량 자기보고형 검사(1판)와 상황판단형 검사(2판)에 관한 탐색적 연구 - J대학교 학생을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 대인관계 역량을 진단하는데 있어서 자기보고형 검사(1판)와 상황판단형 검사(2판)의 적합성을 탐색하기 위한 것이었다. J 대학교 학생 중 교직과목을 신청한 학생 중 K-CESA의 대인관계 역량 검사 1판과 2판 검사 모두에 참여한 25명을 대상으로 진행되었으며 K-CESA 대인관계 역량 1판, 2판 검사의 결과에 나타난 등급의 변화에 따라 두 검사 점수간의 불일치를 보인 20명 학생에 대해 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 자료들에 대한 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전반적으로 대인관계 역량 검사 1판과 2판 검사의 하위 영역들 간의 차이는 없었지만 조직에 대한 이해 하위 영역에 대해서는 1판 검사와 2판 검사가 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 대체적으로 대인관계 역량 검사 1판과 2판 검사의 하위 영역들 사이의 상관관계는 보이지 않았으나 1판 검사의 하위 영역인 조직에 대한 이해 영역과 2판 검사의 하위 영역인 정서적 유대 영역 간에는 유의미한 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 심층 면담을 통해 대인관계 역량 검사 1판과 2판 검사가 지향하는 영역들에 관해 탐색했으며 이를 토대로 두 검사의 적합성에 관해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the connection of the self-report test(1st Version) and the situational judgment test(2nd Version) to measure interpersonal relations competency. For this purpose, this study employed 25 college students in Jeju University and assessed their interpersonal relations competency by using the Korea Collegiate Essential Skills Assessment(K-CESA) system offered by Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training(KRIVET). Also, 20 college students who showed a difference in the test scores of the self-report test and the situational judgment test were selected and the researcher administered semi-structured interview method. The main results of this study were as follows. First, there were statistically significant differences between the self-report test(1st Version) and the situational judgment test(2nd Version) in the understanding of organization, a component of interpersonal relations competency. Second, there were statistically significant differences between the understanding of organization of the first version and the emotional bond of the second version. Lastly, through the in-depth interview I searched for the oriented areas of the 1st and 2nd tests, and discussed the appropriateness of them.
