영문 초록

The study was performed to find out how depression and anxiety can be shared and differentiated according to the age and sex in children and adolescents. Eight hundred eighty children and adolescents in 3 different age groups(elementary, middle, high) were assessed using the Korean version of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children(STAIC) and Korean version of the Kovacs Children s Depression Inventory(CDI). The results were as follows : 1) The mean scores of STAIC-T(txait) were significantly increased with increasing age(p < 0. 01). Female group had significantly higher scores than the male group in high school(p < 0.01). 2) The mean scores of STAIC-S(state) were significantly increased with increasing age(p < 0. 01).
