간호학과 졸업예정자의 긍정적 사고와 학습관련 자기주도성이 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호학과 졸업예정자의 긍정적사고, 학습관련 자기주도성, 셀프리더십과의 관계를 파악하고 셀프리더십에 영향을미치는 예측변인을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료수집은 연구대상자에게 설문지를 통해 수집된 172부의 자료를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, t-검증, 분산분석, 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 첫째, 긍정적 사고는 평균은 3.56점, 학습관련 자기주도성 평균은 3.48점, 셀프리더십 평균은 3.43점으로 나타났다. 둘째, 배경변인별 특성에 따른 긍정적 사고는 리더십 교과목 이수경험(p< .01)과 전공만족도(p< .05)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 학습관련 자기주도성은 지원동기(p< .05), 전공만족도(p< .001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셀프리더십은 리더경험(p< .05), 전공만족도의 경우(p< .05) 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 연구대상자의 긍정적 사고와 학습관련 자기주도성 및 셀프리더십, 학습관련 자기 주도성과 셀프리더십 간에는 통계적으로 유의미하게 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셀프리더십의 예측변인으로 긍정적 사고, 학습관련 자기주도성, 리더경험 유무 등이 확인되었고, 이들 변인는 전체 47.8%의 설명을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 연구대상자의 긍정적 사고와 학습관련 자기주도성을 함양 할 수 있도록 교육함으로써 연구대상자에게 셀프리더십을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. 또한 연구대상자의 특성을 고려한 긍정적 사고 및 학습관련 자기주도성향상을 위한 교육과정과 프로그램개발을 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was conducted to identify the influence of positive thinking and self-directed learning readiness on the self-leadership in senior nursing students. The subjects were 172 senior nursing students. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. The mean scores for positive thinking 3.56, self-directed learning readiness 3.48, and self-leadership 3.43 were above average. Positive thinking was significantly different according to self-leadership education experience(p < .01), satisfaction with major(p < .05). Self-directed leanrning readiness was significantly different according to application motivation( p < .001), satisfaction with major(p < .001). Self-leadership was significantly different according to leader experience(p < .05), satisfaction with major(p< .05). Significant correlations were found between positive thinking and self-leadership, self-leadership and self-directed learning readiness, self-directive learning readiness and positive thinking. Positive thinking, self-directed learning readiness, leader experience were factors influencing self-leadership(47.8%). Based on these results, to improve self-leadership, nursing student’ personal characteristics should be considered and educational program for positive thinking and elf-directed learning readiness be to reflected in curriculum.
