피아노전공 음대생의 근골격계 통증 및 치료 실태조사

국문 초록

연구는 피아노전공 음대생을 대상으로 근골격계 통증의 형태, 연주 습관 그리고 현재 실시되고 있는 치료방법에 대해 조 사하여 우리나라 음대생들의 근골격계 질환의 위험성 인식 정도에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 2008년 3월21일부터 6월17일까지 강릉원주 대학교에 재학중인 101명의 피아노전공 음대생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 다수의 학생들이 특정자세를 오래 유지한 채 연주하고 있었고, 악기의 바른 연주자세에 대한 인식이 낮았으며 통증완화를 위한 전문적인 치료를 거의 받지 않고 있었다. 따라서 음악가들의 근골격계 통증과 치료에 대한 연구가 부족한 현 시점에서 근골격계 통증의 감소와 예방을 위해 올바른 연주자세를 교육하여 체계적이고 구체적으로 관리하려는 노력이 필요 할 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

Playing-related musculoskeletal pain among musicians have been well documented; however, minimal research has been completed with college-aged instrumentalists. To understand what factors may contribute to the problems experienced by music school students, we surveyed instrumental music students about their history of playing-related pain. For this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey with instrumental music students in Gangneung-Wonju national university. Data was collected from 101 students from March 21 to June 17, 2008, and used them in frequency analysis. Frequency analysis was carried out to determine general characteristics of subjects, distribution of musical instruments and a variety of treatments. The results were as follow: 1) Maintaining a certain posture for a long time when you play was medium by 42 musicians (41.6％). 2) Musculoskeletal pain in musicians was worsen, 42 (41.6％) appeared, in the practical exam preparation period. 3) Specialized treatment of musculoskeletal pain is not experienced by 72 musicians (71.3％). Therefore, the prevention for occurrence of playing-related muscuoloskeletal pain as well as education for the good playing posture will be needed. In addition, research on treatment for playing-related musculoskeletal pain has lack so that physical therapy services should be provided in a systematic effort to study various areas.
