영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore changes in team development using the Team Development Inventory that may have occurred due to a treatment comprised of adventure education elements. Subjects consisted of 61 teachers; 29 in the control group and 31 in the treatment group. Results indicated that the treatment significantly affected team development as determined by Wilks’ lambda= 0.708, F (1, 59)= 7.84; p= .001. At the pre-test, the control and treatment groups were not significantly different, F(1, 59)=.001, p> .05. At the post-test, the treatment group presented significantly higher mean scores, F(1, 59)= 8.07, p< .05. At the follow-up test, the treatment group also presented significantly higher mean scores, F(1, 59)= 14.57, p< .05. It was concluded that the activities that comprised the treatment may be viewed as an effective approach to enhancing team development in the workplace setting.
