국문 초록

제1장에서는 한국교회 부흥은 군 선교 현장에서 그 동력을 찾을 수 있음을 군종제도 도입과 발전, 비전 2020 실천운동 추진결과를 통해 확인하며, 연합선교운동 결실로서 군 세례인원을 통계로 제시하였다. 또한 신앙전력으로서 군인의 사생관 확립이 왜 중요한지 전장에서 전투력 기여도를 분석하였다. 한국교회는 군 선교와 함께 부흥하고 성장했음을 제시하였다. 제2장에서는 정교분리 원칙에서 군종목사 제도를 헌법 차원에서 다루고, 국교를 인정하지 않는 대한민국에서 군종목사가 공인 선교역량임을 밝혔다. 제3장에서는 국가총력전 차원에서 군 형법 92조를 다뤄 전장에서 추행의 위험성을 단결 저해로 제시하였다. 제4장에서는 한국기독교군종교구에 대한 이해를 비전 2030으로 제시하였다. 제5장에서는 한국교회를 향한 군 선교 통합성 방향을 제시하였다. 대한민국은 정부 조직에 통일부까지 두고서 정책을 펼치고 있으나 국가 주도 영역은 외교와 안보에서 한계로 작용한다. 한국교회는 평양을 선교 부흥지로 기억하고 있으나 주체사상에 물든 북한 주민들을 어떻게 품고 끌어안아 통일에 대비할 것인가에 대해서는 답보 상태에 있다. 국가와 함께 평화통일 선교정책을 구체적으로 세우고 펼칠 수 있는 유일한 곳이 군 선교 현장이다. 한국교회가 여기에 주목하고 집중하여 선교동력을 다시 모을 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

In Chapter 1, it is confirmed through the introduction and development of the military chaplain system and the results of the Vision 2020 implementation movement that the revival of the Korean church can find its driving force in the military mission field, and the number of military baptisms is presented as statistics as a result of the joint mission movement. In addition, we will analyze why it is important to establish a soldier's view of life and death as a religious force and its contribution to combat power on the battlefield. It was suggested that the Korean church revived and grew along with military missions. Chapter 2 deals with the military chaplain system at the constitutional level based on the principle of separation of church and state, and reveals that military chaplains are an authorized missionary capacity in Korea, which does not recognize state religions. Chapter 3 deals with Article 92 of the Military Criminal Act in terms of total national war, and presents the danger of molestation on the battlefield as an obstacle to unity. In Chapter 4, the understanding of the Korean Christian Military Diocese was presented as Vision 2030. Chapter 5 presented the direction of military mission integration toward the Korean church. Republic of Korea has a Ministry of Unification in its government organization to implement policies, but the state-led area acts as a limitation in diplomacy and security. The Korean church remembers Pyongyang as a place of missionary revival, but is at a standstill on how to embrace and embrace North Korean residents steeped in Juche ideology and prepare for unification. The military mission field is the only place where a peaceful unification mission policy can be specifically established and implemented together with the nation. I hope that the Korean church will pay attention and focus on this and gather missionary momentum again.
